Went to NAPA to get a new crank shaft position sensor for my truck. They were friendly and looked up the part I needed in no time. Went home to change the part out but it was different from the original. Took it back and they gave me the correct one. The problem was that their computer gave them the wrong part number. Any other auto parts store would have said that they couldnt do anything about it and then Id be stuck with a part I didnt need and end up having to pay for the right part. I will definitely be shopping there for all my auto part needs.

This is by far the best parts store in Kingwood. The counter persons are knowledgeable, polite and very respectful. A big plus is this location is locally owned by a Kingwood resident that supports the community. NAPA parts have always been known to be the best in the business. I am not sure why anyone would buy parts anywhere else I highly recommend NAPA in Kingwood.

Never called me to tell me that I part that I paid 10 extra to get shipped arrived. I had to call them. Then when i went to pick it up it took them 15 minutes to find it. Face 3 stars because at least they had it available.
