PLEASE NOTICE ALL OTHER REVIEWS! Never again will I go to this place. I brought two bikes in. Both would start before I had brought them in but wouldnt stay running . I had thought I just needed a new carb but they told me about all these little parts that I should go ahead and take care of so I would not have to worry about them in the future. (Typical sales point) I had went ahead and got everything fixed. I have been back 4 times already because the chain they put on the first time wasnt the right one. Came back they put the same one on broke off again. Came back put the right one on. Went back home to finally ride for the fist time, the brakes went out on one of the bikes. Please trust me and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Jodi is a thief and a liar.

Dropped both my Honda Foremans off to have tune-ups, valves adjusted and all fluids changed. I called and spoke with Bryan in the Service Department before bringing them out and he gave me the rundown on pricing, how long theyd need the bikes before they could look at them (only took a few days), and timing to get them back. Within a week they called me with the total and recommended other work that needed to be done. The best part was that they didnt try to "sell" me on the other work, because when I said Id take care of it (brake job) they were just fine with it. Great group of guys that run this place and excellent experience. Ill be taking my bikes back to them anytime they need any shop work in the future.

We got screwed. Took in a bike - paid for the diagnostics - they said the carbs needed synched. They synched it - and said it was still having problems - and replaced the starter. Then had to re-synch the carbs. Went to pick it up and they tell us it isnt holding a charge - it probably needs a new rectifier. We paid ~$700 left with the bike and ran out of gas about a mile down the road. The bike is back-firing and idling high -took it back in and they want to charge another 96$ for diagnosis - and guess what, probably needs the carbs synched again. Never again.

I have a Honda Rincon and after I put the lift and larger tires on it years ago; I tend to go through 4-5 individual CV boots a year. Mostly from me using the four wheeler like a tractor at the lease and the increased angle from the lift. A bit more expensive than my usual guy but they did great service and gave me a quick turn around. One of the guys there had the same bike and gave me some good advice on mine. Overall good place close to the house and good service work. Chad

This place is horrible. It starts at the top and she has infected her staff also. A complete rip off. I am a small business owner myself and I understand the struggles, but Jody is a thief and a liar. Never leave without checking everything and make sure all work was actually completed. Whatever you do dont go to this place EVER.

Great customer service salesmans name i believe was justin also he told me.everything about the atv i purchased and showed me all the details about mainting the bike. Awesome fourwheelers and dirtbikes i have got 2 dirtbikes now and 2 fourwheelers all 2 years old still running great i take it to them for the service work also

To bad I had to give them 1 star.. My suggestion is drive the extra miles and go to another bike shop. How long do i have to wait for a clutch cable its been 15 days. The employees act like they are better than the customer. What a joke Racon cycles is they need to close down. Very disappointed in the service

I purchased a 4 wheeler for my son for Christmas.....Christmas morning the bracket on the back broke.....after waiting 4 months he informs me that warranty wont cover it.......its been a year and i still dont have the bracket !!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WOULDNT SUGGEST THE PLACE TO FRIENDS !!!!!!

Overall a great experience with Recon. Customer service was great. I had no idea what size four wheeler I needed for my son and they were very helpful in helping me select the right one. They gave me all the time that I needed and never put pressure on me to purchase something I was not sure of.
