Ive tried calling them this afternoon as well as this evening and the phone just rings and rings. I went in person and noticed no phones were ringing. Since when did they stop taking phone calls? Not even a recording came on. Ive had trouble getting information as to when a rx would be coming in, told my rx was available at another CVS in Kingwood, only to find out that they didnt have the mg I needed, plus they forgot to transfer my rx. So now the 24 hour location has my dosage but said the ins wouldnt cover. I told my dr said if there were any problem to let him know and he would preauthorize it. To my surprise, the pharmacist offered To write a request to my doctor authorizing the "pre-authorization". The pharmacist then asked me why I had to have the name brand. My question should have been, " Why do you ask?" Im sick and tired of the generic speech and they should ask which I prefer, then if the ins wont cover most of it, they should politely tell the customer, not ask why I wanted the name brand. Its none of their business. I tried to buy a few pills since this prescription is almost a week old now and the pharmacist said since I hadnt had the prescription actually filled at least once, she couldnt sell me just a few. Really? She said cholesterol rx isnt considered life threatening. Again, this is just a bunch of unnecessary red tape in my opinion.

Never again, after 2 years i am fed up. I have had to make 4 trips and made 3 seperate dr. Appointments to please their rx needs and after 3 weeks they want to say the cant except past due rxs more than a month. Rx 9/24 and its not even a month. They want to blame insurance, dr. Ect.., but after I spoke to the chains in command they did not order the medicine to have in stock. Oh, and since I had two rxs for different doses they gave me one and not the other. Been going here 2 years and every 4 months they do this. DONE!

I am forced to use CVS through my company and I hate it. Worst experience ever at a Pharmacy. The speaker on the drive through window doesnt work, so they force you to yell at them because they cant hear you. They are VERY rude and I dread the next time I have to go there. It is in a convenient location for me but I guess I need to drive out of my way to to see if I find a more professional pharmacy to visit. I miss the smiling Pharmacists at Walgreens on Kingwood Drive :-(

CVS pharmacy Store #7475 in Kingwood, TX I dropped off a prescription in the drive-through on Tesday afternoon. The attendant asked me to wait while she checked to see if med was in stock. After she returned she asked when I would like to pick up. I replyed tomorrow. So far, No Prob. Well, it is tomorrow. I checked availability before driving over. Guess what? No record of my prescription! THEY LOST IT.

Customer service here is non-existent. My scripts were on auto-refill with a phone alert that never has worked. So they fill the scripts, let them sit on the shelf and then put them back. The brilliant thought behind this method of retailing sure has escaped me. The girl I spoke with thought this was funny. Back to Walgreens.

If I have to make a late night trip to the store, I will go out of my way to go to this CVS location. Not only is it one of the only stores open 24 hours in Kingwood, but I also always find the employees and management friendly and helpful. Which we all know can be difficult at 2 am.

Pharmacy is chronically understaffed. Tacky looking yellow tags on shelving to denote sales items. Products overpriced, and store as well as parking lot is dirty.

Pharmacy staff is the worst. Rude, unhelpful and generally unpleasant to deal with. I will make it a point to use a different pharmacy in the future.
