Jose is not only an incredible artist, also an incredible tattooist. I was fortunate to be able to snag one of his original works of art. Drove up to Virtuoso Tattoo from New Braunfels, TX for this beautiful and mesmerizing pieces of art. Thank you so much and will definitely be back. I am hoping to get a custom piece of an otter, maybe. Virtuoso was also able to accommodate my husband wanting pieces to add to his arms. Wonderful tattoo shop. Thank you Jose and Tyler. P.S Dont forget cash, but if you do like I did they have a convenient atm in-house. Thanks Jose for all your help.

"You better love the tattoo you get...youll be stuck with it forever!"....lucky me found a loophole thanks to Ezekiel Wizell and Virtuoso Tattoo Krew! I am so happy that I found Virtuoso Tattoo (on Yelp!, by the way) and let Ezekiel run with my basic concept of a steel magnolia to cover up my "Im 18 and I want to rebel NOW" tattoo of the Taurus symbol and tribal art (sigh...RIP early 2000s). By far the best tattoo shop I have been to. Ezekiel is the man and a master at his craft. Everyone in the shop is down to earth and real. They speak honesty about what is possible and what will look good now and in the future. For those that gave 1 star its probably because you got an honest consult and a fair quote that you didnt care for. If you want great work visit Virtuoso. If you want something cheaper I heard you can get one at the mall now. Like the shop credo states "if you can find it cheaper, we will gladly fix it for you".

I have been going here for quite a while- even at its previous location. I have sent at least 20 people I know here as well. Deso, the main guy, takes serious pride in his shop, work and workers. Its always super clean and he makes sure everyone who works for him has the same work ethic as him. Ive been tattooed at a few different places before I found Virtuoso, and I will never go back to anyone else. You wont be disappointed!

This place is horrible, they close at 7 because they have early bedtime, they cussed my wife out and told her to get life through social media instead of apologizing for closing early and not telling here. She had appointment at 8 and they closed before that! They are unprofessional and too old I guess to stay up late. If I could give negative stars I would.

I went with a friend and we both got tattoos. They were very professional and if it is possible for one to get a tattoo that didnt hurt, Im serious.... This one actually did not hurt me much at all! I didnt know what I really wanted when I got there, but was extremely satisfied when I left.
