I came in 2014 to this shop to get a belly piercing and I had no problem with them. They had done a decent job. A few months later, I go back to get my septum and the piercer did it freehand. When she had me look in the mirror, she turned the barbell so it ooked like the jewelry was crooked, not the actual piercing. When I drive home, I closely inspected the piercing and saw that it was completely asymetrical. I immedietly called the shop and drove back. When I got there, the only one there was the manager (he had light blond hair and large gauges) and he asked me if i "had a problem". He was trying to intimidate me to go away. I explained to him my problem and he told me that the piercer had not used a clamp and thats why it came out crooked. He told me to take out the piercing, let it heal for a month, and then come back to them. I told him that I just wanted a refund but he refused. He just wrote his name on a card and told me hed redo it when I came back. Of course, I never did go back to them. I got it repierced at Randy Adams and they did great. Please stay away from this shop. The guy thought he could scare me away because I was female. They may admit they do bad work, but they wont refund you. Please stay away.

So far, I have gotten ALL of my piercings, minus my earlobes done at Diamond. ( So, 6 in total. ) Snug, rook, industrial piercing, septum, tongue & left lower lip. They have also stretched my ears for me, the sweethearts<3 The staff are friendly, the shop is well maintained & the work done is always quality, and always sterile. The artwork done there is always beautiful, top quality as well. If you want to have good work, done by kickass people, go to Diamond Tattoo. If you want to get your fresh piercing caught in the body jewelry & then be told its your own fault, go see the d-bags at North Texas. :D

I went in to buy a new nose ring, because I lost mine at work, and possibly some cleaner for a bump next to my piercing and Craig went above and beyond to help put the new ring in, make sure there was no infection in the bump, and show me how to get rid of it. This is not my first piercing, and I have 4 tattoos, so Im familiar with basic aftercare. Ive had my nose pierced for a several months with no problems until a couple weeks ago when the bump showed up. I appreciated him doing that and will be back to see him for all future piercing and tattoo needs!

This place gives the cleanest tattoos that I have ever had. My wife and I both went her to get tattoos, and everything was very clean and professional. The artist Katt was extremely good at what she did. She traced up exactly what we wanted, and both our tattoos turned out amazing! I would recommend this business, and Katt the artist above all others in the entire DFW area. Choose Diamond tattoo above all others!

Got my septum and nostril pierced here and it was fantastic! Super quick and relatively painless. Ended up talking with Katt about some future tat ideas which was super cool. Definitely recommend over virtuosos place down the street, which was my initial choice. Their piercer was gone and the staff wasnt super friendly like Diamonds! Everyone there was awesome and ill be coming back for more

Ive had my belly button piercing there, as well as my horizontal eyebrow piercing. I had my tattoos done there. I feel comfortable going in and coming out. Super nice and accommodating. Theres a friendly vibe as soon as you come in. The artists take their time with you and your needs rather than just getting you in and out like other shops. Ive gotten almost all of my work done here and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Theyre clean, affordable and make you feel at home. Highly recommend!!
