Havent had any ink done in several years since moving to the mid-cities in 2011 because I didnt have any idea where to go. Found this place when looking for a place open on a Sunday afternoon for my 16 year old daughter to get her nose pierced. Reviews online were good, place was in a good area at the edge of Colleyville and Hurst and super close to home! Roamed in and met Paul Roe who pierced my daughters nose in no time flat and talked to her about care. A month later, she knocked her nose ring out and was super nervous about replacing it; she also did not have any jewelry to put in its place. We went back up and Paul was working again... he helped her put her new ring and I started chatting with him about some ink work. They dont have stock pieces on the wall, they customize everything. I went in last month and had a tattoo done on my foot. Many, many compliments later, I went back for a second one on my forearm. I have had several friends ask for his name/location. Super laid back place, super laid back people... will be my go to for piercing and tattoos as long as Im in the area - planning on a half sleeve to start soon!

I had four piercings done here. Two of them healed up real nice but my eyebrow was pierced pretty shallow and ended up rejecting. I called these guys up at like 11:30 nearly in tears because I had lost my beloved piercing. Dave picked up the phone and offered to repierce my brow on the house. Even though it was 30 minutes till closing and he must have been tired from a long day, he never once made me feel unwelcome, stupid or ignorant or at fault (even though it was probably mainly my fault for changing the jewelry too soon). Everybody here is so friendly and they really put me at ease. I never feel embarrassed to ask a question and Im definitely going to these awesome folks to do my tatts when the time is right.

First time at Ink Asylum. My daughter and I were wanting matching tattoos and we found this shop while researching. I have two other tattoos and she has three others, so weve had a little experience with other shops in the state. Ink Asylum was in a good location in a nice strip mall and was very clean and had a great atmosphere. Paul was our artist. Even though we wanted simple, black line, "girly tattoos in a girly spot", he spent time with us drawing the design and explaining size relationship to enhance the quality of the design and he made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He did a great job and we are extremely happy with our tattoos!

Cyco is a tattoo artist that cares about his work, and doesnt mind being honest if a client wants something that wont look good in a certain place or heal in a way that looks good. He uses his tattoo wisdom to protect his clients and his artwork. With all the years of experience, Cyco is a master at everything. He works hard for his craft and loves promoting his work and the Shop. Mickey is also a gifted artist that takes her work serious with a passion. When you schedule an appointment, bring a friend. There is always someone talented around to accommodate any need.

It was my first time going in for the tattoo. the people where very helpful in working with me and what I wanted given my inexperience. The person helped set me up and worked me through the preperations. At first the pain shocked me but he was very personable and we chatted which help distract from the pain till i got used to it. All in all my experience went very well and after its done healing I look forward to getting it touched up for free (as he assured me do to the skin swelling). Also I hope to someday return for another once i figure out exactly what I would want.

My boyfriend and I have been looking for someone to do our matching tattoos for a while. Found them on Google with great reviews. I have to say Miky is now our favorite artist! We couldnt be happier. She listened and did exactly what we wanted and our matching robots look awesome. We will definitely go back for all our future tattoos! I followed Cyco Dave (my artist) to this shop from his previous shop. Worth it! This shop is clean, friendly, and the work is solid. Ive been working on a half sleeve cover up for a couple months now and Dave has really come through for me! I met some of the other artist at this shop, and would be happy to let any of them do my future work. This is a good crew at a good shop.

A little unprofessional, cash only, didnt offer change. The guy was snobby, made my friend feel intimitaded, made her feel like her tattoo choice was generic and basic. Tattoo didnt come out as expected, ovbious errors in the outlining. Maybe other artists in the shop are good but our experinece with this guy was not the best.

I went to get my helix pierced on late night June 30/early morning July 1. I cant remember the guy who pierced my ear, but he was very patient and gentle. The lady at the counter helped me clean up my ear because it started bleeding. I have not had any issues with the healing process and I love my new piercing. Thanks guys!

Miky at Ink Asylum is amazing! She is a great artist and very versatile in her art. She can do anything from black and grey to color. Ialways leave with an awesome tattoo. Cyco Dave has done one of my tattoos also and has impeccable line work. If you need a tattoo, you can never go wrong with Ink Asylum

Clean shop, comfortable atmosphere. Everyone does really great work!! I am loyal to my artist so I always see Cyco. He does AMAZING line work and Im always getting compliments. I highly recommend stopping by and getting in some ink therapy. You wont be disappointed!
