Pharmacy had question about my prescription but did not call me. I had to wait until they opened and then no one answered the phone...multiple times. Contacted the main store number, and was advised that they were there. Finally got in touch with someone and they advised me that the system is faulty, and that they dont always rely on it to call people. But they dont manually call anyone. WTF!!! Seems that they are out of my maintenance medication...I called in the refill request 5 days ago. (Wait, to the faulty system), and they are saying that they are out. Thank goodness this isnt heart medication or diabetic medicine. I can go a few days without my medication. But 5 days should be plenty of time to order medication from the supplier...my suspicions are that when I didnt insist on the earliest available time to pick it up, they waited and then oops! WERE OUT!!!... I seriously hope to see more Wal-Marts close. And it wont be the economy that closes their doors, its their lack of customer service. What makes me really mad is the pharmacist did swear to an oath, much like that of a doctor...*wait* they ARE Doctors...to care for the patient, not just show up to pick up a check. Cant wait till I move home and can deal with a pharmacy and store that does give a crap!!!

Wow. Never have been to a worse walmart. The managers are so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! The pharmacy is a NIGHTMARE! Every time I go to drop off a prescription, its a 2 + hour wait!! I have to say, there is 2 people in the entire store that are actually nice. A 20 or 30 year old male with dreadlocks, he is a very sweet cashier. and a younger lady that helped me find things around the store. She was a sweetheart! I ussually use the self-checkout line because the workers are mean and uninviting. The machine, is a pain in the butt, but i would simply prefer it over having to interact with such horrible service. The "boy" that supervises the check outs, ALWAYS has an attitude when i ask him to help because the machine required assistance, he rolls his eyes and drags his feet to the machine. Overall the store itself is clean and organized. YOUR MUCH BETTER GOING TO HEB OR KROGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

USELESS NOW THAT IT CLOSES AT 11PM. WALMART IS ONLY OK WHEN THEY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS. SOMETHING IS UP WITH MANAGEMENT HERE AS EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS DIFFERENT AND SEEM MORE MISERABLE THAN OTHER WALMARTS, I HAVE ACCIDENTALLY GOTTEN OLD FOOD HERE A COUPLE OF TIMES. EXAMPLE: YOGURT THAT WAS A MONTH PAST THE EXPIRATION DATE. AND SALAMI THAT WAS NOT PAST THE DATE, BUT HAD SAT OUT THEN PUT BACK INTO REFRIGERATION..GROSS! THERE ISNT REALLY ANY HEALTHY FOOD BESIDES THE PRODUCE..SOMETIMES. ALOT OF TIMES THEY ARE OUT OF LEMONS OR AVACADOS AND STRAWBERRIES! THE LINES ARE LONG UNLESS YOU GO THROUGH SELF CHECKOUT...BUT GOOD LUCK IF SOMETHING DOESNT RING UP RIGHT..THEY ARE EITHER RUDE LIKE YOU ARE BOTHERING THEM OR NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. IVE LEFT EVERYTHING THERE BEFORE BECAUSE THE COMPUTER MALFUNCTIONED AND THERE WERE NO EMPLOYEES TO HELP...

there are ALWAYS LOOOOONG lines and 1-2 lanes open which is especially frustrating when you see employees standing around, chewing gum and talking or on their phones. if you ever need a manager, dont bother. leave and go to another store instead. the employees are always on break if you ever ask for help and they have HUGE attitudes. the self check out lanes are always either inoperable or cash only or SOMETHING not fully functional about them. God forbid you should need age authorization for any purchase because you will never get it. the cashiers are too busy talking loudly about the customers and being ghetto.

My girlfriend and I just came out of this walmart. While in the store my girlfriend used the restroom. Unfortunately she left her phone in the restroom. We didnt find out until we were out of the store. My girlfriend started looking for her phone frantically in her car to no avail. We then retraced our steps and went back to the store. A very nice lady in front of the self serve check out registers was holding my girlfriends phone and promptly gave it to my girlfriend. Thank you very much Michelle for making my girlfriends day. You represent your company well. :-)

The Pharmacy: 1. Dropped off prescription. Was told it would be ready that day at 2:30pm. 2. Drove back at 2:20pm. Was told to come back after 3pm. 3. CALLED before driving back this time and was told they dont carry that medicine and to come back the NEXT DAY after 3pm. They were completely unapologetic and never crossed their minds that there are better, more efficient processes that respect a customers time. Just more poor customer service from Wal-mart. Switching pharmacies.

I come to this location because theyre convenient. They dont have a lot of items that other grocery stores have, but I guess thats expected since theyre only a Neighborhood Walmart. My biggest complaint about this location is how long the lines are (I guess thats with most Walmarts).

Store was apparent in having ongoing theft issues, as there was an over abundance of cameras, and how many items were put away behind lock and key. The store seemed clean. The primary populous seemed to be African-American, Latino, then Caucasian in that order.

I came in for a cucumber. Not a one. Really?? Completely out of cucumbers? And this being Sunday, no one around to ask. No organic apples either (although I bought them before there). No pints of whole milk. I left thinking, "why did I come here?"

The store is always fully stock. But they always have one cashier and the customers have to use the self serve registers even when you have fruits and vegetables, it gets annoying. And the employees rarely smile at you or greet you.

Do not follow corporate policy on ad matching. I had to get a manager twice now to clarify this rule to a Customer Service Manager! You would think they would know all the applicable policies to their department, right?

Corporate needs to send their management back through a customer service course. I am baffled how anyone would hire such blatantly disrespectful managers. They do not deserve a job let alone any type of title.

Got what I needed. Prices were comparable and I went to self check out. Simple trip, slightly complex driveways in and out, but great location and back up when I cant make it to a Super Center.

What can I say its Wal-Mart there cashier lines suck they rely on self checkout to much and unless they want to pay me to check my own stuff out they need to get on the ball
