I am stunned at how rudely I was treated at this Visionworks. I came in and was immediately treated rudely and with an attitude by the manager there. I am very surprised by this as I have been going there for years and have spent a great deal of money there buying glasses... I will never go back. I had my Service Dog with me and Ida, the manager didnt even have me sit down when I came in to get my glasses adjusted she just says *stay right there* and did not allow me to even go to where customers sit to get their glasses adjusted. I have never complained, filed a complaint or called and complained about rude treatment in any store like this but felt like I needed to post this review. It is not ok to treat people with any disabilities differently than anyone else. I am a senior and I am flabbergasted at what happened today in this store. Ida was the lady who was so rude to me and she is the manager according to the other employee who I asked her name. Visionworks you are on notice - do not treat individuals with disabilities differently than other customers, it will not be tolerated and it is against the law. There is never a reason to be rude to anyone, life is too short to treat people with disrespect, and you are the manager of this store? Shame.

The buy one get one free sound like a great deal right but when you end up paying $487 you regret comming. Nothing name brand just the simplist form of glasses you can get. Unless you have that type of money to pay for glasses every year stay away from Vision Works.
