I have spent so much money for eye glasses and shades, along with Insurance. No one called to inform me that my glasses was ready, after 2 weeks, I called and they were ready. My eye glasses had the black dots that was used for sample They couldnt get the dots out, the glasses had to be sent off. My shades totally not dark enough. I specifically asked the sales person to get them super dark or black. When I put you shades on, I can see my eyes. She assured me that the darkness can happen I am so disappointed with this establishment I totally wasted my money.

My wife and I both have used the optometrist services and purchased many sets of glasses here over the years. Always friendly service in both areas with excellent frames and workmanship, too!

The store manager is irresponsible. Take some glasses to repair and drop the glass and said he was not responsible for that.
