I am very disappointed with my last visit. I scheduled an appointment for a medical problem. 1# Complaint Dr G did not bothered to examine my eyes for the severe irritation I was experiencing. I had to go for a second opinion because I was not feeling any relief and so uncomfortable unable to wear cl. The second optometrist at a different place did a thorough exam. And so glad I went , they had to prescribe me eye drops for 10 days. #2 complaint with Dr. G is the power from eye exam was off by -.50 in one eye and -.25 on the other. I had two eye exams within two months with two different optometrists. I had to have my glasses redone . This whole experience with TSO was a nightmare, so stressful and do not believe anyone should go through this bad experience, and time consuming and stress. TSO has poor service and does not care about their patients. They should not give out a prescription without being finalized. My advise is do not accept and order contacts until after you do a follow up with your optometrist and have no problems with the trials. Always ask for trials two different brands in case one doesnt work. If getting glasses order and wear them right away so if there is a problem and is doctors mistake you are still within 30 days for them to replace them at no extra charge.

I love love love this TSO these people are truly amazing and really know what customer service means. From the staff to the doctor. Zoey is very sweet, delightful and professional she deserves a raise every single day. The office is super clean, refreshments are convenient and thoughtful. Dr.Kujree really took her time with me and answered all of my questions patiently. She is very understanding. I dont normally write reviews but I wouldnt be able to live with myself if I hadnt told the world about my exceptional experience and how awesome this place really is. Thank you to the entire staff at TSO Optical on 2920 and Kuykendahl in Spring Texas. You all rock

This place is awesome and the employees are amazing!!! They squeezed me in on a Saturday after I called 11 other eye places!!!!!!! I was not rushed through the entire process, the MD, Dr. Saira Kurjee explained everything and answered all my questions. Lauren was super helpful through the entire process, she helped me look at my insurance and make the most cost effective choices, she even helped me pick out the cutest glasses ever!! The entire establishment is clean and there is even coffee and water in the waiting room!!! Definitley my new family eye care specialists!!!

Ive worn glasses my entire life and had many exams but my visit at spring klein TSO with Dr.Kurjee was by far the most thorough exam ive ever received. The doctor was very polite and spent her time with me no rush. The customer service was definitely one of the best experiences ive had. I will definitely be recommending all my family and friends to visit this location. I was able to set an appointment the same day I called and did all my paperwork online. The prices are also very reasonable and they have a huge variety of glasses to choose from.

I never thought I needed glasses, but my fiancé kept bugging me about getting my eyed checked, so I made an appointment with TSO. I called and I was able to schedule an appointment the same day after work. The thing that really stood out to me about this office was the friendliness of my doctor. Dr. Kurjee took her time with me and answered all of my questions. I was in last Saturday and I got a call today letting me know that my glasses were ready. I will definitely be back and Ill be bringing my family as well.

These are the best glasses I have ever worn. My glasses were made quickly and are of high quality. My last experience took 3 times as long and the glasses were very heavy. These glasses were also $200 less than my last provider. My new lenses are thinner and lighter than any I have ever had. Awesome experience, I will recommend TSO Spring-Klein to everyone. I just left Spring Klein TSO and they are AWESOME if you need your eyes checked you need to go there the doctor is the BEST and the girls at the desk are so sweet. And did I mention they have the best coffee around.
