Buyer Beware- No returns are accepted. I love the associates, I love the products. I DO NOT love the stores policies. I made a large purchase on a busy night and I was not informed of the return policy: They only allow store credit and they only honor a request for store credit within 10 days of the original purchase. I called my associate after realizing I wanted to return the item (on day 6). I was told that I must have misheard or that I failed to understand the policy and that it is clearly printed on the receipt. Um. No. The policy is printed on the receipt. Heres the thing though: You dont get a receipt until after the transaction is paid for. Even then, the receipt is folded and shoved in an envelope and dropped into the bag. Im not impressed and I will not return to the boutique.

Love Valentino shoes & bought my 4th pair from here. Word to the wise: only purchase from Nordstrom or Neimans. The fit of the pair I purchased here is completely faulty & when I called to see about an exchange the guy on the phone said it was up to the associate since it was her sale. What the hell kind of customer service policy is that?! Now Im stuck with a $1000 pair of sandals I will never wear. This boutique is a rip off. Thanks for nothing, Valentino!

Return policy and customer service are terrible!! Bought a shoe and wanted a refund but they only offer store credit. I returned the shoe but now they wont refund me my money.
