After shopping 3 other stores in the Spring/Woodlands area we were frustrated. We decided to drive from The Woodlands, to Humble to check this store out. So glad we did! Simply the best customer service by far! Out of the places weve shopped, this is the best dressing room set up for your prom/special occasion shopping. Employees were cheerful, patient, helpful & really helped my daughter pick a dress that was right for her. If they dont have a size/color in store they will order for you. We found the right dress today & are very happy with our experience. Several other customers were trying on dresses, & at one point it was busy. At no time did I see the level of service slip for anyone. This was a Friday afternoon. Im sure Saturdays and closer to Prom season it can/will be even busier. Thanks Glitz!

The quality of the gowns & dresses are excellent! The employees were very kind, knowledgeable & hands on. They treat each outfit as if it were their own. They even sent back the 1st gown that came in for our daughter because they noticed it appeared dirty to them when they were steaming it. I highly recommend this business.

I highly recommend Glitz, I was looking for a mother of the bride dress and they had the perfect dress because I didnt want a frumpy dress; however they didnt have the dress in the color that I wanted. The service was excellent and they recommended another place that I may be able to find something.
