Really wish we had an actual Sephora store, several times I didnt find the employees to be helpful. I feel their customer service needs alot of work, during a mini makeover one of the associates kept rushing my makeup artist, saying "just hurry up! And go help those other people." (And only one eye was done at this point) I just avoid the store and order online.

The workers there have such bad attitudes and they judge so much. They looked over my friend and me when we needed help to help another woman that ended up not buying anything. When we checked out I asked for a sample and the worker looked discusted. To conclude I was humiliated and will never return to this store again.

If I could give it a zero I would no matter what time of year it is the girls in here are so rude . They do not want to help nor do they try to be quick about helping . Customer service is just HORRIBLE .
