They did not do a good job on my hair at all.They left with more color issues then what I came in with. Went in for a fix the next day and I wasted four more hours and I ended up somehow with the same problems I went in for again.Then they denied me a second fix for free.I understands now why my stylist was still in level 1 but I dont understand why I wasted my money so they could wast my time. I cancelled my follow up appointment and wont go again. They just took my money to leave my hair worse. Which is really sad because they had great customer service at first.

This place is pretty great. My stylist was Kristina and she did exactly what I asked for. All the girls in the salon were nice and helpful! The girls in the next by stations helped out too. You could really feel the "love". The salon itself was amazing. I was getting a color done, so I got to watch them all interact with each other and its a great environment. I havent been in awhile and had recently just been going to the mall salons, but Kristina definitely brought a customer back. The girls helping her were great as well! Everything was "lovely"!

I ADORE Tracy who cuts and colors my hair! She does a fabulous job! But it seems every time I come to the salon, I have to wait 15 to 45 minutes-- (Though one time we were on time!) Today I waited 30 minutes and left because I was tired of having to wait every visit. (I had booked with another stylist other than Tracy due to my schedule)-- I just feel it does not feel very spa like to wait more than 15 minutes almost every appointment-- if it were not for the wait time, I would rate this salon a 5. -- Michelle Rose-Smith

The first time I went I was very pleased with the service, the salon, the cut/color and styling...everything. The next 2 times my stylist had her assistant complete the blow out and style, both times they handed me the tools to complete it. I didnt pay top dollar for a top level stylist so that I can do my own blow out. I couldnt say anything because my stylist was already working on next client

This salon is amazing. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and offered a drink while I waited. My stylist, Kristina, greeted me and showed me around the salon. She ask questions to determine exactly what I wanted. My hair now looks fabulous. So glad I found her and this salon. Fist timer for the salon... I was referred by a friend... She referred me to Monica... She did a fantastic job.. Love her down to earth personality.. I loved her and my hair cut so much, I scheduled with her for a Balayage. Cant wait for that to happen. If youre looking for a great hairstylist go see Monica. Plus the boutique has very cute clothes and items.

I had the greatest time at Urban Eve! The staff were nice and my hair looks incredible. My hair was long and I decided to cut it short so I was pretty nervous, by Kaitlyn did it amazingly. She was so nice and knew what she was doing. Thank you for the wonderful experience! I will be sure to return again.

Way over priced and ended up getting charged with stuff I had no idea was being done to my hair. Went in for an all over color and got charged for color, glaze, and treatment! And when I left I had hair color stained on my forehead neck and ears. Worst experience EVER.
