I agree that the coffee is not good ; it is unusually light/ watery in taste. Also, every time I ask for them to warm up my pastry, it comes out cold. I dont know if they are saving up on electricity and on coffee beans, but between watery coffee and cold and not really tasty patries, I am unimpressed with their food. As for the atmosphere, some of the staff think your personal life comes in exchange for ordering and studying at their shop. I had one staff at another branch watch my every move and would come to me at calculated time to try to strike conversations just. At first, I thought he would see that I wasnt interested in being social (but some times I did engage since I noticed these interactions were important to him). I like to warm up to people who push themselves on me or people who are overly friendly, the minute they see me; I feel they are acting friendly for their convenience. Anyway, at the 2 shops I have been to, I have noticed the young staff instigating dagger stares by motioning other young customers , (most likely friends they contacted through social network.... it so obvious that they were called; the minute their friends come; they look my way with dagger stares (ooh I am scared, they gonna beat me up if I dont pretend to their friends) ; probably simple moves they used to pull back in high school). A lot of that nonsense is by their younger male staff. Making up for not being cool back in their school days, I see.

These guys are so helpful and kind and EVERYTHING I get to drink is awesome. They are a little overwhelming though. I only took a minute to figure out what I wanted and they kept pushing me and pushing me and there was no one behind me. I think they were trying to be helpful but it was a little much. Also, the coffee drinks are better than the smoothies. When I asked for a healthy suggestion they didnt really have a clue what to suggest to me.

I am just visiting the city and had never heard of this place. The experience was quite pleasant! The employee sensed that we had never been there and explained everything to us. She was also very patient, friendly and humorous as we decided on what type of drink to get. The coffee was like heaven in a cup! I would definitely drive back to Houston just for this coffee.

I went there the first time a week and a half ago because i needed a quick pick me up and starbucks was out of the way...im so glad i did. Minuti has amazing specialty coffee drinks and im pretty hooked. Havent had starbucks SINCE! And its one literally right around the corner from me. I will go another mile to minuti and pass by the starbucks...lol

I would never go to this place again. The place was literally empty, maybe one person inside. I was outside, at 100 plus F seating and reading but I was asked to leave if I didnt buy something. I would understand that if the place was packed but seriously? No wonder why Starbucks is so popular even though their coffee is probably worse.

I personally think the coffee is a bit better than at Starbucks. They also have good gelato and pastries. WiFi available. Its only because its comparable to a Starbucks that it gets 4 stars. If it had a location with nice scenery (corner of Westheimer and Fountainview is not the place to people watch) maybe it would get 5 stars.

The cappuccino was really okay... the decor was nice. However, I didnt like that they kept asking to put whipped cream, syrup never mentioning that every little addition costs extra. They way he did felt really SLY. I had to scrutinize the board to check which additions cost how much. Honesty makes consumers happy.

The coffee was weak, tasteless, and overflowed with not so fresh milk. The Barista didnt pay attention to any of our requests or preference, about how we like our coffee. We visited Minuti coffee few months ago, our experience were so much better, I hope it was one time accident..

An old man came in to use the restroom when I was there, I was shocked when they told him that u have to buy something in order to use it. I understand that they want to keep it clean for their customers, but at least consider his age. He was really old. Felt sad for him

Staff was a miserable bunch. The bathrooms are locked down and you have ask to be let in, lm guessing because of homeless people wandering in and out of the place.(God bless_um) Generally a bad vib for me and my client. Muniti coffee should be renamed Malarkey. Coffee.

So glad I finally stopped in at this location. This cute Italian-style coffee bar has some really great and helpful staff. I ordered a vanilla Shakerato which was strong and delicious. Cant wait to go back and try more coffee and some gelato!

Ive never been to an Italian cafe. Their language is beautiful and this cafe serves very delicious drinks. The staff was also very friendly and nice to explain everything to me

This is apparently the only coffee in the world that doesnt offer refills. I asked for the price of a refill and they said no refills. I guess they dont like college students.

Cool place. Coffee and gelatto is just great. Prices are not crazy buy no cheap either. Service is quite good and the barista is a master. The affagato is a must. Try it out!

The manager is annoying and over bearing. And always makes me feel super awkward. Plus the coffee isnt that good. If I want over priced sugar death, Ill stick with Starbucks.

This used to be an old Starbucks location. Its in the same parking lot as Little Sheep hot pot and Spotlight. Ive tried the shakerato and it was good! Strong espresso flavor.

Friendly and helpful staff. Coffee was excellent. You can actually taste the espresso in their drinks. Places like this make you wonder why Starbucks are so popular.

Nice location. Plenty of parking. Outlets are slim. Great for meet ups, book learning, and relaxing. Not really a study spot. Fantastic import coffee.

The place is cozy with nice music. Coffee refills depends on the servers. Yesterday I had a free refill but today they refused. Thats not a good thing

Good coffee. I should say, great coffee. None of those burnt beans that Starsucks sells. Service is great and prices are normal. Totally worth a try.

This is a cheap coffee under Italian label. People are unprofessional. Food is not fresh. Latte with no foam. This is worse then Starbuckss level.
