I come here a lot, and three stars is spot on. Half the time the baristas dont make the drinks correctly, while the other half of the time theyre great. Every time Ive asked for sugar in my plain coffee, it hasnt been added. A few times Ive ordered flavored lattes and the flavor wasnt added. The one time I asked them to remake it, a lady (manager I assume) said she made it and knew she put flavor in there, I just didnt stir it. She made me another one anyway, but I used to be a barista and I know that even if you dont stir a drink (which you should because its stupid to expect a customer thats paying $5+ for coffee to stir it when youve got a special spoon to do it) pouring in the espresso and milk wouldve given it a hint of sweet. Ive also had issues with recieving completely wrong drinks, drinks with not even close to enough syrup, drinks with less espresso, etc. Maybe its the turnaround, but this place is so inconsistent. Other than that, the place is always clean and customer service is usually pretty good (other than the one snobby lady, all the other boys and girls are very nice and attentive.)

Im a regular at Caribou. At 856pm tonight I called saying I was one block away and to pre order two drinks. The girl who answered said they just shut down the machines and locked the doors already. I even drove thru drive up at 858pm and all lights were off. I was shocked! Who wouldnt be? Even on nights Im in Caribou they have never started closing down completly until close or just after. On normal nights I order my last drink 5 to 10 minutes before they close before leaving. Even if there are no customers in the business, you should never close or lock your doors unless you post why. Example: "due to weather". I drive from Perham and Im completly disappointed. Its a breach customer service to your loyal customer. Besided falsifying advertising. I hope the manager, company that owns this franchise location, and Caribou Coffee at National Headquarters, ensure this doesnt become a practice and inform the employees this is unexceptible.

If I could give less than one star I would. I simply asked for a blended mocha, they said "you mean a chocolate cooler?" No actually. Ive been to many Caribous and they have never asked that. How simple could my order have been? And when I complained they all acted very snobby, and was trying to convince me I was in the wrong. My drink was very soupy, had a horrible after taste and was literally nothing like Ive had before. It was awful, the service was awful, I wont be returning.. I did get my money back which was good. I did although ask if I could get a new drink and they denied it and told me Id have to pay again.

Regular customer since October. I have had the worst customer service experiences here. I am addicted to a good cup of coffee and Caribou is good. I have commented many times in hopes that their corporate office would here and make some suggestions. Yesterday in the Drive thru the young hostess Sam was phenomenal. She was pleasant, accurate and she made my drive thru experience wonderful. I would definitely promote her to training Manager!!!!

The staff its very very nice. But when things are slow they should sweep up outside where they have tables. In this area you will find cigarette butts and other assorted garbage. Go a few feet further and you will find hundreds and hundreds of cigarette butts all along the strip of shops. It wouldnt take allot of work to clean this up

Great staff! They are always nice and sweet. Unfortunately they have gotten my coffee wrong more than 5 times and have not reimbursed or given me the correct drink. Ive thrown my drink a few times because it wasnt good. Hate to be that person, but they should correct their mistakes.

Service at this one is unlike any other Caribou location. Weve tried it multiple times with no luck. The drinks are not made to the recipe of other locations, either.
