I was sold a product that was opened box item and supposedly %50 off (The rep said it costs $40, I purchased it for $20, later found out its only $10 on the official website). Beyond ripped off. After I made the purchase, I was told I could buy replacement cartridges at the store. After purchasing the replacement cartridges, the cartridges were not compatible with the model I was sold, but I was told I COULD NOT return it because all sales are final?! 1. I was sold something opened and %50 off, which turned out to be more than DOUBLE the price of a new one. 2. I was sold replacement cartridges for the item by the representative, which were not compatible, but was told I could not return them. I wont put 1 star because the representative did do what she could to help. However, I am unhappy I payed double for an item that should have been discounted for being old and opened. And was sold an item that was not compatible for my model, but told I couldnt return it. What I would like to see is more honesty in prices (I was beyond ripped off), and return policy changes on what can be done if a sales representative sells and item that does not work (completely not the buyers fault if they are told it should work). If business practices change, I would gladly do business with them again. I hope this review is not taken as criticism, but as a way to work towards a business practice that builds trust with the customer. Thank you.

By far my favorite smoke shop in houston! I used to live near the sugar land so it was close to me when i was younger, but now i have moved to Katy and if i am in need of some quality smoking supplies i am more than willing drive all the way out to smoken night. The owner and the employees there incredibly friendly and always make you feel just at home when you walk in. They are also incredibly knowledgable of the pipes and accessories that they are selling. Another thing is you can tell these guys have been in Las Vegas to visit some pipe conventions. They have some very designer pipes that you wont be able to find anywhere else and you can be assured that you might be the only one in this town that has one. They will also have the most state of the art and newest pipes on the market here too. Ive been going here for 2 years and i will continue to go here as long as possible! Thank You Smoken Night

Love This place! Staff is very friendly, and the owner (Eddie is his name I think) is a super cool guy and always very nice to me. If I am ever looking for something he will help me find it or do his best to find a way to get it into his shop. I would defiantly say check this place out! and they have great pricing on everything.

The owner has placed a 5 star review himself. Also, someone else callimg himself "Trippy Man", likely with ownerships direction, has given a five star review, and his only other review is a one star review for the shop down the street. This is clearly in violation of Googles policies.

i only go to smoke n night for all my smoking needs, he is the best place, with big selection and very reasonable prices, at least you get the knowledge on your product, with the help of store staff. thanks for being open for us.

Never open on time. 2 guys just standing behind the counter with the door locked 10 minutes after theyre supposed to open, and they just stare. Gave this place too many chances. Wont be back.
