I went in on Friday around 7/8 PM to purchase a new ecig. There were a couple of other clients in the store browsing. But as soon as the only employee visible was done helping them, he immediately came and asked if he could help. He quickly helped me find exactly what I was looking for, even though I only had a price and quality in mind. He even set up my new kit for me and gave me a quick run down on what exactly was included! This is the first location in the area that Ive even checked out the vape selection. Even though the selection is a bit small if your a serious vaper, its by far the best Ive seen anywhere in overall quality and price. That plus the 5 star customer service, earns this store my loyalty. I could easily buy online for a bit cheaper without having to drive across town, but I will be returning for any smoking necessities I acquire in the future! I didnt allow myself to even browse the other departments in the store because Im broke, but I cant wait to go back and check out their glass and other merchandise up close. Dont waste your time or money anywhere else before you check out Pine-Apple Xpress!!

Now Im living on the north side of H-town and I have my usual shops, but thispast week I was having a good time visiting some new friends on the SW side and saw the BEST name ever for a smoke shop. I popped in expecting the usual but I did NOT expect to be blinded by shimmering glass as I walked in. I dont normally write reviews but from the murals on the walls, to the glass and vapes, to the nicest guys ever working here, Im just about overwhelmed enough to make a 45 minute drive every week to this spot. Na I think I will the more i think about it haha. Ive got glass but they had these new oil rigs in I saw on instagram and I HAD to have a couple. I thought it would tear a hole in my wallet but I left with two new rigs and MONEY TO SPEND. Im totally telling everyone i know

Found the place on Maps at 11:47 p.m. I was 18 minutes away, and I needed gas. So I called the phone number. He told me he would wait for me, as long as I called him again at about 12:05 a.m. and let him know that I was still on my way. I arrived at one of the cleanest, coolest, shops Ive ever been inside of, of any kind, at 12:11 a.m. Spent about 5 minutes in there, and I must tell you the customer service was the cream of the crop. All of the aforementioned, along with its proximity to my residence & principal place of business, shall ensure a long, mutually beneficial, business relationship. Check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Awesome shop! Loads of glass and vaporizers. And they carry the real deal! Most headshops ive visited either have knock off glass (i.e. fake grav) or fake vapes! These guys deal directly with every manufacture of these big brands and the quality definitely shows in all their products! Employees are extremely helpful, i must learn something new Everytime i visit and luckily ive been fortunate to catch the owner a few times and hes given me deals Everytime! Really great guys! Gus as well will take care of you! Hes always knocking dollars off my vape purchases! Ive enjoyed an awesome experience every visit ! Thanks hits keep up the great work!

I would give them 6 stars out of 5! I been going here for few years and the owner is one good dude and so are the people working here ! I have been to a lot of places and this is the very best place Ive been ! Prices are best ; when they were trying to out law kratom these guys kept there prices the same and everyone else almost doubled theres ( a lot of them havent came back down again) ! Fair and great people ! I been in sales for 20 yrs and honestly and customer service I can tell u is one of the most important things in business theyd guys have both ! DivineOVERstanding Knowledge First

The gentleman Steven was awesome! Im cutting my habit of smoking cigarettes and wanted to vape instead. Steven suggested the right product and flavor for me. He even let me try out his personal vape For cloud comparison. Did I mention he also held the door open for us. Steven has plenty of knowledge on everything in the shop because I asked a lot of questions. I would definitely recommend this smoke shop to anyone in need. Best smoke shop on this side of town. Was in the market for a new oil rig, after accidentally smashing mine, and was overwhelmed at first at the amazing selection and varierty offered, but after an array of questions by both the clerks (which seemed amazingly knowledgeable about all their products) I was instantly narrowed down to three amazing choices. Needless to say the store is well maintained, the employees courteous and respectful, the selction was huge, and I can honestly say I can never see myself shopping at another smoke shop after visiting this one.

I had a issue with a grinder due to a little mis-information. After contacting the store, and subsequently the Facebook page (moderated by the owner) the issue was resolved and I continue to immensely enjoy all of the other products I have purchased from this store. Both times Ive visited this store, its was an enjoyable experience. Everyone is so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. My 14 daughter likes that they tell her to take a soda on the way out. lol. Sometimes its the little things. Along with a wide variety of flavors, their juices are priced just right and both times I received BOGO items. Ill definitely be coming back and referring this heaven sent.
