Love the atmosphere here, Very clean and contemporary! Ive been a burn customer for a couple years now. Love the staff, theyre all super helpful and really treat me well. I never feel rushed or pressured there. Great inventory, lots of choices and variety. I must say they have a very nice selection of vape juices and hardware for a "head shop" and prices on vaping products arent sky high like at other smoke shops moonlighting as vapor shops.

Very good glass pieces and very knowledgeable staff except for water pipes and this Mexican kid named Adam. He didnt really know what I was looking for and there was a small speech barrier going on I kept asking him if they had the pax 2 in and he proceeded to say "pan 2"?! Pan (bread) idk I just ended up leaving. I do support you guys for hiring the mentally disabled tho.

Went here to buy a purity lab and the seal was already off when I left the store . They wouldnt exchange it even though he knew I literally had stepped in and out the store , didnt seem like they cared that I just spent 30$ on something that was already used , I will never buy anything from here again so unprofessional

Been here only once to buy a torch. The staff was very helpful in finding the right product for me. They were very friendly and welcoming. Walked out with a nectar collector also at the recommendation of Al. I would shop here more often was it not far from where I live.

The guy there was very helpful. He was informative honest and polite. We half expected to be ignored and treated like the ignorant patrons we are. But we got the extreme opposite. I would recommend this place for people new to places like this...

Great shop. Everyone saying its over priced is used to buying crap from other head shops that get direct from china...eveything in Burn is American made so your gonna pay a bit more but the quality is there and totally worth it...dont be cheap ass

Very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended place to go for herb accessories. Know about different butane brands too...best smoke shop on the west side of town if you like non china merchandise and want great quality glass and information..
