I did not get the name of the guy that was working tonight, but I came in for e-juice all the way from Fairfield in Cypress right before closing time at BC. I picked one I usually get, and went to pay for it. When I opened my wallet to get my cc, it was not in my wallet. I had $5 in my wallet which was not enough for anything, and he could see the stress on my face, and offered me a sample that they had been sent. I offered to give him what I had on me, but he assured me that it was okay. I was completely out of e-juice and seriously feeling it, so this awesome employee saved my night and possibly my next 2 days. Shout out to BC Smokeshop for having the best employees, most reasonable prices, an amazing selection of glass, juice, and on an on and on!!! I cant say enough about how amazing this place is!! Thank you for the great experience and understanding!! Happy New Year yall!! Much love to your shop employees!!! <3

"Cause its the DANK!" Indeed it is. I started going to The BC when there was just the Westhiemer shop and was incredibly pleased with the amount of knowledge the shop keepers had. There were very helpful and always found me the perfect glass pieces and accessories. Now I have visited the Austin and Cypress locations as well and just as I suspected, amazing service and quality product. I brag about the shop to everyone. They have by far the most amazing art pieces that have great originality. They always have the newest product and best technology. If you want to be impressed by the glass wear you are using and take pride in the art of glass blowing you must visit one of there enjoyable locations.

I had gone all over town and even went to an authorized vendor of Silver Surfer Vaporizer wand. Half the people didnt know what I was talking about and the rest just didnt have it in stock. They had the right size and even had the right color to match the heat cover. This place has an awesome selection of glass and it might be on the higher end but you for sure get what you pay for. Im going to be coming back for a new glass piece soon!

I went to BC to buy my first piece, and Mike was extremely helpful and really down-to-earth. I basically knew nothing about pieces, and he hooked me up with a small, decently-priced piece that suited me rather than trying to push the most expensive ones on me. He also recommended a great Kannistor grinder, which I later looked up online to find that I paid a very fair price for. Overall awesome experience for a new smoker.

The selection is unbeatable. All brands, all styles... Its the best you can get. Nick was especially helpful - To all the people who say "this place is too expensive", you guys can kick rocks and stick with the fake wholesale glass pieces. You get what you pay for. I recommend pulling out a few more bucks to get the quality these guys have to offer.

GREAT service, this is the best smoke shops Ive ever been to. Very big selection of bongs, pipes, grinder etc. Wonderful staff too very easy to find what your lookin for. Got hooked up with a free lighter and little pack of bee line

cant afford this place!. 3k for a piece! I know they are hand made but this place isnt for me. Dont feel comfortable around glass that costs that much. There were over 50 Pieces that cost more than my car!
