Wow, blown away by Bills customer service! So while I was out of town I had my husband go buy all my books at the bookstore (thats totally different 5-star story), and of course the day after we purchased the books I finally got my financial aid confirmation. So the very next day my husband (and our three little boys) goes back to the HCC bookstore to try to refund the original purchase and transfer over to financial aid. Not only was Bill able to do it (yes, with me on the phone forwarding the right documents), but he took such care of my hubby and kids that I just had to give him five stars! Bill turned a potentially frustrating experience into a 5-star customer service experience I am proud to share. Big thanks to Bill, Robert, and the entire Saturday morning team at the HCC Bookstore!

Although they have most books required in the Hcc syllabus the books are very expensive. At the end of the semester it was also difficult to sell my books becsuse emails were not effectively distributed to the students. When I took my books back for resale I was told they were outdated. The same books they sold to me cannot be bought back. For the other books, they told me they had reached their limit. Very devastating. They basically left me stranded. Very unreliable.

Great little bookshop with a surprisingly good selection. I like to come here to browse for gifts for people. Also they have an excellent little coffee shop that is on par with most local coffee spots. An excellent experience!

great used book store. everything is relatively easy to find. and the staff is very helpful. the selection is smaller than some other used book stores, but generally inclusive.

They know how to treat people and are courteous. I got a tablet and I wanted a different size when I saw it. They didnt hesitate to help me switch it out for the one I wanted.

After the first week of the semester, it gets empty so its good for a quick trip.But I have come across one rude cashier.
