ACTUAL CUSTOMER - REAL EXPERIENCE - of Pearl Vision Highland Village. I have purchased my families glasses on a few occasions at this location as they are professional and kind. The cost for glasses vary in this store as they do in every store. There are affordable glasses and high end as well. This is what I expect from a location to provide me with options for my kids (affordable) as well as myself (high end). Both individuals that work at this location are very professional. They were able to locate my insurance information while I was shopping for my new frames. With my insurance plan I had many options to choose from. My older son chose the Oakley sunglasses. These glasses are part of the higher end options. My younger son and daughter asked for the Oakley regular lens glasses (prescription but no sunglasses) . The cost was reasonable for what I was receiving. I purchased a pair of Oakley prescription glasses myself. When my son received his sun glasses I tried them on (never wore prescription sunglasses before) and I was blown away. The clarity and comfort were so awesome. Its a new year (2014) and so I returned to Pearl Vision Highland Village and purchased the sunglasses for myself (my insurance allows for coverage for one pair per year). I want to wear these glasses all of the time. I have appointments scheduled for my kids to get their glasses this year and we are going back to Pearl Vision. We all have options. My insurance allows for me to go to any location or provider. I choose Pearl Vision because of the customer service and wide range of options. I am a real customer and my name is on this review. You can see me driving down the road in my new Oakley sunglasses.

Moved to the area and needed a new optometrist. Had eye exam, ordered glasses, and multiple boxes of contacts. NINE MONTHS LATER.......I ran out of contacts and did not realize it, had a big scuba trip planned for the weekend and needed contacts ASAP. Went to store to order new boxes (my type were not in stock) and begged for a trial pair of contacts. I was told by the optometrist that she could not help me and the only way she would give a me a trial pair is if I had a $80 eye exam! (I was not due for a new eye exam for 2 more months). I cant wear glasses scuba diving. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was buying a six month supply of contacts from them, and she could not give me one pair to make it through the weekend. Do not go to this store if you want service. This kind of service does not belong in Highland Village. I will tell every single person about the horrible accommodations. I called the optometrist at Ousley Vision Center right down the road and they kindly gave me a trial pair for FREE and apologized for the behavior of Pearl Vision and even gave me a discounted eye exam. That is the American way of doing business in a place like Highland Village. Pearl Vision has lost my business and I will do everything I can to keep people from making the same mistake I did. -Curtis

I always enjoy my experience every time I come here. Urui and Dipen are always extremely kind and go out of their way to make me feel like a welcome friend. Even though I have moved hours away out of town, I will still come back here every year because I trust these people with my glasses and I trust they will always show their kindness to me and anyone who enters their shop. They fulfilled my prescription as quickly and efficiently as possible, and Urui even offered to have my glasses dropped off at my mailbox that night if she couldnt have it done earlier. I couldnt ask for any better service from a workplace or from a wonderful neighbor. I always leave with clearer vision and happy disposition.

If you are looking for a good deal on name brand glasses, and spectacular customer service this is the place to go! I have had some horrible experiences in the past with other local glasses shops, and Pearl Vision specifically with the nice man and woman that work the glasses area. I picked out 7 or 8 glasses and still wasnt sure, and the man (sorry I dont know his name) picked one and said try these. It was the most beautiful trendy Michael Kors glasses that fit my face perfectly. Not only are they so helpful and friendly, but also know style and fashion which is very important to me! Thanks so much for everything you did to help make this a great experience, and fair pricing!

I had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision!!!! Great customer service.... I tried on a ton of glasses and they were very patient with me. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I bought my first pair of glasses and sunglasses and I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend Pearle Vision. The owners are so sweet and even dropped off my glasses at my doorstep as we live in the same neighborhood. Couldnt have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much!!!:)

Do not go here for anything! Very invasive and rude people. I couldnt afford the glasses at the moment and they asked me how much money I currently had, which is no ones business but mine. I wasnt gonna get them there anyways I just needed an exam because my regular doctor was booked for a long time. So when I tried to get my glasses they held onto my insurance information so I would have to pay in full anywhere else I went. Go anywhere else but here this is not okay.

Great experience. Satisfied customer. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Went in for an adjustment. Store manager spotted an extremely small flaw hidden in the frame. Exchanged it immediately under warranty for the only new pair he had. No hesitation to provide the same service they would provide their own family. Very good guiding principle with which to operate a business. Will be a repeat customer for a long time. Highly recommended.

Incredibly friendly and did a great job explaining my vision diagnosis. Was very quick too (my appointment was at 4:00 pm on a Wednesday, so this may vary). Only downside is the lack of equipment that does away with having to dilate eyes. Seems as if this treatment is a thing of the past. Glasses store employees were also friendly and did a good job helping me in the right direction without trying to get me to buy the most expensive pair.

This is my first visit to a Pearle vision facility. I commend them on their efficiency, friendliness approachability. I called at 9 a.m. on a Saturday and they call me at 11 for an eye exam. They were attetive and listened to all my needs, I left feeling very good about doing business with them in the future. They quoted me prices for everything and there was zero pressure. exam

I have visited the Pearl Vision Highland Village location and was surprised by the options. The store representatives were very nice and were patient while I tried on a few glasses (ok, maybe more than a few). I appreciate the great customer service and really like the selection of frames. I will be back to purchase my eye glasses in the future at this store.
