I really dont understand what all the hype about this place is. I think it is way over priced for a very average burger. I ordered the special Rodeo Burger but added bacon, my husband ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger, we ordered the pork taco for my toddler and a side of onion rings and 2 bottled drinks all for $34. Thats a lot in my opinion for not a lot of food. The burgers were just your average burger with nothing special to them. Nothing that set them apart from anyone else. The onion rings tasted like previously frozen, not hand battered. The pork taco was very good though. Good smoky flavor. But considering this place is known for their burgers I was extremely disappointed. We wont go back nor will we return. The overall experience was good, the guy that took our order was very pleasant, food came out promptly but again just your average burger and for $10 a burger I expected to be WOWED and was not.

If you happen to stop in here on a road trip in a spontaneous bout of food adventurism, rest assured that youll have found a new favorite place to get a burger. And if you live in Georgetown, you have no excuse to have never eaten here. This place is the epitome of everything that is beautiful about small-town American roadside food. These burgers are huge, and most couples could probably split one. Baskets of fries or onion rings are amply filled. Condiments and rolls of paper towels rest in old-fashioned oil cans. If you like BBQ-y burgers, youll love their tangy Rodeo Burger. My only complaint is that they recently removed their fountain soda machine, so you now can only get bottled/canned drinks from the fridge unless you want tea. Go earlier than you would if youre heading in on a Sunday. Lots of post-church and post-cycle people mean this place gets pretty busy around noon.

This is the most terrible store in modern existence. The owner hates cyclists, to the point where he kicked me out for trying to buy a bottle of water. He has thrown out 50 year old women who was dehydrated, because she was a cyclist. The owner is a truly hateful person... which is unfortunate, he could just raise his prices and make lots of money from us, but instead, he chooses hatred. I regularly spend $20-30 in one ride at the Fitzhugh gas station because I can not ride the north routes that this location would allow for. His loss, Fitzhughs gain, they love cyclists so we go there. Just to be clear - DO NOT GO HERE if you are a cyclist. Boycott this place if you support cycling. This is a serious and honest review from an incident that happened over the summer, and then from another identical incident that happened to a friend several weeks later.

I just had the BEST chicken basket at the Andice General Store! It included two plump, hot, made to order, whole chicken breast tenderloins (I could have ordered an extra one for a couple more dollars), a big serving of crisp, crinkle-cut french fries, two pieces of buttered and grilled Texas Toast, as well as six ounces of fresh peppered gravy. I love this place and I appreciate the fact that they have NOT MODIFIED this particular menu item for the past 14 years! Keep it up!!

They brag about their burgers, and they have earned the right to do so! My dad took me to this little hole in the wall burger joint in Andice Tx. By the way its a nice motorcycle ride to get there, The food is a little expensive, but the amount of food you get could be halved with another hungry adult,,,no another hungry "teenager"(male)and they would both be satisfied, yeah that big.

Love this place, dont know what the previous guy was who said the owner hates cyclist is talking about. We go there quite a bit, take off your bike shoes before walking on the hardwood floor. The people who work there are very nice, cyclist and motorcyclist there all the time, all enjoying a cold drink or a great hamburger. Very eclectic place, love it there.

Love this place! My wife and I ride there (12 miles from our house) and eat lunch often on Saturdays. Best burgers around! The ride back home can get challenging if we eat too much, which is tempting some times ;). We have never experienced or seen any ill treatment of bikers, but we dont mare their floors with bike shoes either.

used to really love going to andice great food but last time i went i got the chicken tender basket. they gave just two chicken tenders a bunch of fries an two toast. i usually get like 4 chicken tenders. there like thats what it comes with just two. no thank you i can get more at sonic.

I had the Rodeo Burger for the first time today and it was AMAZING! The grilled onions and the bacon put it over the top. If youre ever in the area I highly recommend stopping in and having a burger. Great staff and good food, you cant go wrong.

If you happen to be passing by on 183 (Perhaps on your way to Pilot Knob vineyard) you absolutely should stop here and try one of their burgers. They claim to be the worlds best burgers and while that may be a stretch its not too far off.

Largest and best burgers I have ever had . Unless you are famished you may want to order 1 for two people . Onion rings are to die for and let them cool at least 5 minutes before you take a bite . Friendly folks and great service .

Love Andices easy, fast, fresh-to-order burgers and fries. Theyre filling for one and, depending on appetite, two could share. As their sign on 183 says, Best Burgers! Have been coming here for years. Keep it up guys & gals!

Exceptional hamburgers. Best around and I have been looking. Friendly folks working there as well. Multiple visits and always happy. Dont even try to eat it all. If there is two of you, a single order of fries is advised.

Their bacon cheese burgers are fantastic a little expensive but well worth it, i only live 5 minutes away and ive been going here for an occasional lunch for the past 8 years. Very nice place i highly recommend.

I love this place! My friend and I ride our horses here and hitch up to enjoy their burgers and fries (which are pretty darn good!). They have always been very accommodating to us and our horses.
