I walked in, was not greeted at all. The place was cluttered, maybe shipment day? Im not sure, it was my first time there. I found a basket full of stuff in the back of the store. There was a sign that said "last chance." Nothing was labelled so I grabbed a few things and planned to have the cashier price check them for me. As I wondered the store, I did find a few things for a great deal, but soon discovered that not all of the products were priced correctly. When I got to the cash register and something scanned for a different price, I told the cashier I did not want the item. The cashier was nice about it, but told me she had to get a manager to remove the item. The manager, Kathy came over with a slight irritated look. She said something along the lines of "We almost went through a shift without having to do this... but theres always someone that has to ruin it".... I thought it was absolutely rude she made this comment right in front of me. I was very polite, I didnt even respond to that comment. I just wanted Dollar General to know, customer service is very important. I actually liked the products that were offered and would have returned in the future, but because of the that comment I will not return to that store.

Our community recently experienced mass flooding leaving many residents with out running water, electricity, food and sanitation. My mother was purchasing cleaning products to help aid with the flood clean up and asked to use the restroom while she was there. The cashier told her that she cant use the restroom, it was company policy. The following day another flood victim was in the store buying supplies, when her young daughter stated she needed to go potty... the cashier said that the toilet was out of service and she couldnt use the restroom. This store does not support its community during devastating times and should not receive said communitys hard earned money... If they cant support us, we shouldnt support them.

As I was waiting to be checked out with my items on the counter the cashier walked up and didnt even acknowledge me and let her friend walk right in front of me and rang her up first. RUDE, will not return.

Just been remodeled and it has alot of things you dont normally find at Dollar Gen. They need to bump up the quantities, there are items out of stock.

The store is GREAT! The hours posted on-line are closing at 10p...when we arrived at the store it closed at 9p...as posted on the door.
