The staff and doctor were extremely friendly and efficient. The facility is very nice and they have cool technology. The reason I took away 1 star is they charge $70 (before insurance) for a contact lens fitting. This is separate from the eye exam. I was given a pair of contacts and after I told the doctor they didnt feel comfortable she fixed them (I accidentally put one in upside down). But they still didnt feel very comfortable. She said that she would give me another pair to try, but I need to get used to the contacts and they might feel like they move less. I totally understand that after poking and prodding my eyes everything feels uncomfortable. If they feel like theyre moving when I blink thats an annoying issue. If they are going to charge $70 for a fitting, I feel like I should be able to walk out feeling like my contacts fit. Foot Locker salesperson do a better job of finding a comfortable fit.

Ive been in for both routine exams and for problems multiple times in the last 18 months and each time I receive the very best care. The staff is great and doctors are so nice. Dr Biederman calls me personally to follow up and see how Im doing if Ive been in for anything other than a routine exam. Last time, I went for a check up, I saw Dr Reed and I was not disappointed. She took the time to go over my many questions, look over the images of my eyes, and discuss eye pressures. I really couldnt be more pleased with either doctor and Im very picky and high maintenance.

Dana is a wonderful doctor who has already proven to me with her personal service that she really cares about her patients! She is high touch and high tech, the office is beautiful and state of the art! The Lobby / Waiting area is elegant with gorgeous decor and their selection of glasses & sunglasses is great! Staff is friendly and attentive. I was really impressed with everything, from the latest equipment to the service, I had a wonderful experience. I am so happy I finally found a new Optometrist for myself and my family!

I was so impressed with the doctor, the facility and the staff. The equipment was state of the art and there was no pressure to purchase. The selection of frames are fantastic and with a family of 5 I was very impressed with the cost and how quickly we got our new glasses. My family has been seeking an option for a quality eye doctor for some time now and are just thrilled to have found Dr. Biederman. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Biederman and using Frisco Family Vision.

Eye exam was great. Very personable. I wound up only needing reading glasses and am happy with the frames and lenses I chose. I am pretty sure that I could have gone to CVS and probably found them for a fraction of the cost and really feel that maybe someone in the practice might have mentioned it. I would have still gotten the lighter frames but I now have that thought in the back of my mind.

Dr. Biederman and her staff built me the best pair of glasses that I have ever had. She gives a great exam and explains her procedures in layman language. Her personable staff gives advice on styles and sizes of frames for the specific face shape. Im 67 and very satisfied with the services Dr. Biederman and her staff offer.

Was looking to find a new eye doctor and found this office. Have switched entire family to this new state-of-the- art office. Dr. Biederman is kind and very thorough. Glass selection is terrific and there are frames at all price points. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely horrid experience. Rushed through eye exam. Charged for contact lens prescription that was not received! Overcharged on eyemed insurance. Waste of time effort and money!!
