Me and my wife were speaking with each other for about a week of where to take our husky to get groomed. The employee here at grooming service stated that my dog will be done within three hours but yet it was not. It took them longer then what they stated. Never was I informed that it would take longer and on top of that we had an appointment In which my dog was not seen on time for grooming at that time. It also took about two extra hours for my dog to get done. I also got to see my dog when he was taken out to sit for his last bit of grooming and he looked so scared. There is no telling what these people are doing with these dogs while they are behind close doors with your animals. I found another grooming service in which I will be able to watch through the entire process. I would have rated this petco a 0 if I could but the Google review process would not allow me nor anyone. Bottom line if you care about your animal, time and what more bang for your buck go somewhere else.

Ive been to this PETCO about 4 times in the past week. I was purchasing a fish tank for my child. They first time I went, I was assisted by a very helpful gentlemen who turned out very knowledgable on fish. 5 stars to him. The rest of the times I went, the service has been horrible. They seem to be understaffed and have little knowledge about the fish. Each time I have felt like the staff is rushing me when I have questions and they havent been very helpful. I even had an employee tell me it was safe to put two kinds of fish in the same tank and they started killing each other. I made my mistake of misplacing my receipt so I just lost the money I spent on those fish.

They sell expired food!! Dont make your fur family sick, dont buy from them. They blue wilderness sausage I brought around July was expired on April 22ed, 2017. I write them an email about this, and they still have not answer whatsoever. Since I dont have the recipient anymore, I cant do anything about it. But it has expired long before I brought it. If you care about your little fur family, dont buy from them. Apparently they dont care!!!!

Had a terrible experience trying to get them to price match their own website. Terry the girl in charge was dismissive, unapologetic and rude. I had to walk out of the store and take my business to Petsmart. I will not be back to this location.

New to the area this was the first trying out grooming service here. I have a bichon frise. The registration process was smooth. The customer service was great. I think they did a very good job and will be returning.

Not the cleanest or friendliest petco I have been to. The smell is kinda overwhelming when you walk in and nobody here is very helpfull.

When the weather was bad this store was open so I can get the stuff for my dog. No other Petco or PetSmart is open within El Paso area
