I used to love this store, it was close to my home, carried great products and I really liked the employees. Im sad I wont be going back. I was part of the buy 10 bags and get one free program that they have for some of their food and when I went to get the 10th bag, they were out of the one I usually get. I was told I could get a cheaper one, pay more for a more expensive one OR I could drive 20 minutes (40 round trip) out of my way to another store OR they could order a bag that would be in in a week. Wow. I buy food for 5 cats and 4 dogs, but I wont be buying it from here. The person who I think was the manager kept reminding me that it was a "free bag" as if he was giving it to me out of the kindness of his heart and not because I spent $40.00 on the other 10 bags. Not cool. Wow...$40.00 x10 = $400.00 I wont spend there. He let me know that the Pet Club is a business. True. Now its a business that wont get my $400.00 plus (didnt even count the dog food or canned cat food yet!) dollars every few months. All over $10.00. If they cant follow through with their offer, they shouldnt make it.

I have been shopping at Pet Club since my dog was 8 weeks old - he is now 4. I have also had an addition of a rescued puppy into my family, so needless to say I have spent a great deal of time and money in this store. One thing that has continued to bring me back to pet club was the helpful and knowledgeabLe staff especially the manager Julie. I am currently so disappointed in the change in management! The new manager Cassie is not friendly or helpful and doesnt seem to have a positive attitude toward customers or her employees for that matter. I over heard her reprimanding an employee the other day in front of customers and other co-workers. I am disturbed by what I had witnessed! I cannot support a business that would condone this kind of behavior of a superior towards an employee! So sad, because like I said, I have been a loyal customer for for years and week no longer shop in your store!

Today was the first time I ever went in here. I used to work at Walmart around the corner, and I was always curious, so I finally gave in and took a look around. Not gonna lie, its a bit pricy, but they had exactly what Im looking for. Im moving to Colorado in a few months, and I saw this natural anti-anxiety droplets the moment I walked in; I didnt have to order it online like I originally thought. What made the experience even better, and why I gave this place five stars, was the staff! A guy around my age - mid-twenties, and a girl he was training, both helped me decide on what was good for my dog for the travel, and even gave me other alternatives to help with her nerves. Checkout was simple and pleasant, and its because of those two that Ill be going back again when Im close to leaning to make sure I have enough droplets and some toys for the flight! Thank you for everything!!

I have been a long term customer for a couple years now. I always choose this store for the quality dog food and the helpful and friendly service I have received. A couple days ago I went in to buy my dog food as usual expecting the same service. However, when I went to the store I saw an employee smoking outside and was on her phone. I went in and asked who that was and was told her name is Cassie, who is a manager. Working in customer service myself, I see this as very disrespectful and unprofessional. I am highly disappointed in this company; I no longer want to purchase anything from this company. I will not support a company that allows their employees to be disrespectful and umprofessional.

Screwed by the bait a switch buy 12 bags of dog food get one free. Pet clubs Orijen food vendor no longers wants to work with pet club. The manager told me I would have to switch my dogs food to a certain brand of her choice to be able to get credit for the 7 previous bags of food I purchased in the buy 12 get one free pet club. I can see why vendors dont want to work with pet club, it is so assuming and rude to tell a pet owner what to feed their pet and force an inferior product. I found the food cheaper at ok feed store and they have a buy 12 get one free from the manufacturer and one free from ok so double the free food. Pet club, you just lost a loyal customer, puke :(

Although the staff is quite competent and caring, for the most part, dont buy any dog toys there for if your dog chews it up in 15 minutes, too bad. How can you tell how well something is constructed? Some toys last for days or even weeks. I bought a tightly woven plaything with a ball at the end. Baron has had these and some have last well. This one 15 minutes. The string, fabric. whatever was designed apparently for a dog with no teeth. So they carry it. They should know better. They wouldnt refund. So Im done with them. Too bad.

The people there are very knowledgeable, and if a person isnt they will ask someone who is for you. They are very nice and helpful there and I would recommend going there for sure. They also carry some of the best pet food you can get for your dogs and cats. As far as toys and leashes go they are a little more on the pricey side. I generally only get food there. But there are non-food items that sometimes have good prices as well.

I really like PetClub in general & this location is great. Be warned though that their hours on the website are not correct. They dont open until 10am on Sundays.
