The prices are extremely high !!!!!! Everything in the store is donated and the manger has every thing marked up 50-75% more than what you can buy at a retail store new or even on clearance. They (Management) miss lead customers with the color of the day price tags by pulling items off the shelves, clothing racks, house hold items, books, furniture etc. Or not pricing any items with the color she/he has advertised 50% off. You will see that color posted at the register daily. You will not find items with that color in the store the day she/he advertise a color. This is false advertisement, deceptive and lying to customers it need to be addressed. As a manager they know the next color because it rotates. She/He dont price bric/brac, clothing or any items etc, with that color. This is running a scam, deceptive at this location and misleading customers in the community and others who drive miles to the store to shop. This is a Thrift Store! A Non Profit Organization to raise money to help those in need not to be dishonest and run scams. They (management) dont mark down the furniture after its been sitting for weeks even months. They have gotton away from Salvation Army Mission Statement, Vision and Goal. They need to read the history and learn about why and how Mr.Booth created the Salvation Army. Then they will realize it was not to SCAM people it was to help those in need from the hungry, homeless, poor and desitute. This is a Christian base organization, it has a trickle down affect. Every customer gives when shopping at SA. This is scaming the customers and false advertising at the Village Fair location in Dallas Texas. I pray that SA Headquarters adressess this concern.

I know its stuff that Im giving away, but REALLY Salvation Army?!? I might as well toss it in the trash. Even after I told the worker that is drizzling outside, the bins are overflowing, AND theres a homeless man rummaging through it, he still insisted that I unload it or go to the one on Harry Hines (as he continued to play with his phone).

I use to come here often, but the last time I came in, there was hardly anything in the place! The selection was horrible! 9.99 for a pair of faded out Lee jeans that were on their last leg! OMG, I couldnt believe it. A waste of time.

Great place for furniture. They always have a great selection of reasonably priced furniture. Home Decor section is not very large but they always have nice decor. Great place for wall hangings and pictures.

Some of the prices are outrageous. Someone gave you this stuff and youre charging full price knowing its used? I miss my Oklahoma Thrift stores. They didnt try and take advantage of people.

Sales line are extremely long 35 to 45 min. Wait to purchase an item. I dont think so! Too many old clothes, no organization. Customer service horrible.

As thrift stores go, this is large with lots of clothes as well as furniture and other household items. Go on Wednesday for 50% off just about everything.
