Rude manager, and employees. I witnessed an employee(older lady) changing prices for another (mature Hispanic customer. Not good! Not sure if policies have changed for this company, but prices are too high for used, and donated items. Not fair for customers who cant afford to buy at a different location. Please revisit. It seems management comes up with their own prices! The current manager is very disrespectful, unprofessional, not qualified for her job.

good things sell to their friends, bribery, They are liars and Tease Customers, starting from the manager... I think it is a mockery of both the people who make donations waiting to be sold to people in need and not their known !if you want to be belittled and not as a customer this is the perfect place!

Except for the one thing that can frustrate me and that is that the clothes will get out of order by size,(so when I spot something I bet I will just love in my size section, it sucks when it turns out to be way too small or way too big) I really love this place, its big and has tons too choose from

My go to place to buy book cases and furniture. Occasionally, when they have too much furniture they have a mangers special. All furniture half price. Its a steal if you just happen on something cool.

This is a good store, biggest one in the area but they have a lot of repeat items. The staff is always nice and restrooms are always CLEAN. We shop here regularly with no problems.
