As of today Saturday May 13 2017 6:25 pm. I would like to say first this is an awesome store and its huge and I love it. I shop just to rate experiences at stores and recommend them, however I ended up personally shopping. The second thing I would like to discuss is the employees. There was two young girls at the register and the other one was very professional while the other one wasnt (which was my cashier). I asked her could I get my total as we go and she politely told me the system doesnt work that way but she will tell me at the end and I could take off the ones I dont want. However once we got to that point she seemed as if it would be a hassle but the other young lady working beside her told her that it isnt hard and she politely told her to do her job( great professionalism) then she suddenly left the counter because her friend who works there was upset (she seemed like she was a little hurt) so she said hold on one second and checked on her friend but the lady behind me was upset because she was ready to checkout and go, along with the other costumers. I understand that things happen but I agree with the professional young lady who told her to do her job. You cant always have a buddy system at work. She came back and as she was re ringing the items THAT I DID WANT up she seemed irritated that she had to(which I understand and definitely apologized) but when youre at work you cant be that way with costumers. The line of people behind me were very upset. Im considered very patient so I wasnt too bothered I just think the attitude part showed toooo much in a negative way. Its good that you have SOME who can keep their team leaders in check because if you didnt I probably would have never got that stuff rerung up.

My first experience here was less than stellar and figured I wouldnt be coming back. I will note that my first week here coincided with the stores grand opening within that month or so. Anyways, months later, I had some time to kill and decided to stop by. I was amazed at the difference. The womens clothing was way more stylish and interesting than my first visit, not to mention there was a TON. We closed down the place and didnt even get through it all. The prices were reasonable and their colored discounts hadnt all seemed to have disappeared as they usually seem to do in stores that give the color discounts (I always assumed that people come in super early and just snatch them up, who knows). That was a pleasant surprise. The items were sorted by color, and the sizes were actually accurate (S,M,L,XL). They do not have too much to choose from in some other departments like appliances, toys, etc. that doesnt bother me too much, but for some, those things might be more important. A very pleasant second trip and I hope my third visit goes as well!

This is one of our favorite thrift stores in DFW and by far the best in Denton in my opinion. The prices are great and they always have a huge selection of quality goods in men and womens clothing, as well and household goods. If you are looking for something in particular for a baby it can be hit or miss. But if you do find it, it will be at an amazing price so totally worth checking. The staff has always been so nice also! They do have dressing rooms, most of the time one is open but they do occasionally get a line. On super sale days they dont allow use of the rooms so be aware of that, but honestly the prices are so good on those days that I have never minded if something didnt fit.

LOVE this place! Nearly all of the clothes that I buy for myself come from here. The staff is mostly young Latino ladies, and they are as sweet and helpful as they can possibly be. The prices are GREAT and I always leave with name brand clothes that look brand new. Be sure to get the VIP card for even more discounts, and look for the discounts based on the color of the tag. This location is a tie for my favorite place to plunder, the other place is the Salvation Army on Inwood in Dallas...which is the best place for furniture and gadgets and such. Thrift Giant is the best friend clothes.

I like Thrift Giant for a lot of reasons. Namely, theyre open later than a lot of other thrift stores. This is especially helpful for me. Ive been there during big sales, and they literally offer free food--popcorn, cookies, etc. I think thats pretty rad. Everyones usually quite nice. I lost a phone in there and they held it for me. Theres a lot of selection. The only issue I ever have in here is at the back counter--where the jewelry is. Its really hard to get anyones attention if youre trying to check out there and Ive stood there for a good 15 minutes before waiting for someone.

Amazing! A thrift-store lovers dream! First impression is the sheer size of the place-- its HUGE. An impressive variety of items and you can easily spend a couple of hours shopping here. Prices vary widely from average to whos-taking-crazy-pills expensive. But their enormous inventory means you can usually find a duplicate thats priced cheaper. A limited number of dressing rooms, so be prepared to wait for one during peak hours. My biggest criticism is there are no returns or refunds, otherwise Thrift Giant would rate 5 stars instead of four.

I like this place and go here regularly, but I only gave it 3 stars because I feel the overwhelming need to give everything a good wash that I get from here, when I get home. The toys leave something to be desired and the shoes definitely look pretty worn. It can make it hard to make a good decision. Ive looked at blankets and pillows, but lots of them tend to have holes in them. Be sure to check the buttons and zippers on things you get from here.

It seems that thrift stores often do better than others in certain categories. This one is great in clothes and shoes. You can get some great name brand and well made clothes here. The worst thing about it is that you may want to spend more than you should. You know ...that kind of place. On March 3rd, 2016 all winter clothing goes to 99 cents, and they often have really good coats and things.

Love this place. I always find a gem. Who can beat Nike Dry Fit for 5$ and a Michael Kors shirt for 4$? Thrift stores a generally hit and miss size wise, but for a guys at least, they definitely have a pretty good selection. Most of the workers there are bilingual too which makes it a really inclusive experience. Highly recommend for thrifting or last minute dress clothes shopping! (Me)

I have been able to find an item or two here and the price was right but this is one of the most disorganized thrift stores I have ever shopped in and at times they have merchandise out that is torn or damaged at regular prices. Someone is not doing their job! Looked at a couple of pieces of really dirty, nasty furniture in front of the store that I would NEVER sit on.
