Some prices are a little surprising, but thats pretty standard for thrift stores. You can still find some great deals. They are constantly rotating merchandise and reducing prices. There is always something new to be found. Its a good sizes store with mostly clothes and a few household things. They have great name brand clothing. Their nicer things are always prices higher and put at the front of the store, but those get marked down, too, after a while. There are no dressing rooms, but there are mirrors, so wear some close-fitting clothes if you want to try things on. I have found some really cool clothes and shoes here. Sometimes a higher price is worth paying just to snag a really unique piece.

I dont usually rate places but I felt it was necessary for this business. I have been here in the past and experienced poor customer service but overlooked it for the deals. The last visit I had they were unbelievably rude. I was purchasing some items and I had my husbands debit card and they told me they could not take it(even though I showed them my ID with the same last name). I asked if they could hold my items until my husband got off work and they just flat out told me NO! I promised them I would come back for them but they told me it was against their store policy(in a very rude tone). This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

This store is 95% clothing; long racks which arent well sorted, many with no tags as to size or obviously incorrectly sized. Everything is either S, M or Lg despite labels saying different PLUS theres *no changing rooms* so you cant try on clothes! Weird pricing system; like $3.73, 6.26, 4.94 ? whats with that? Things are just tossed onto shelves at random; most were dusty or grubby, no way to test elec goods, many items not priced or scribbled with illegible numbers (as above) so you cant tell whats a price vs some in-store code. I saw no evidence of any sales and theyve got a big sign: NO RETURNS which is fine, because I wont return to this store.

While shopping with my 2 year old, he accidentally ripped part of the tag off the bag of toys that he wanted. Because they have a policy of not selling items with missing, loose, or altered tags they wouldnt sell it. Even though the tag could easily be lined up to see it was originally on the bag, the manager still would not make an exception. The manager was cold-hearted even with my son crying for the toy. She knows nothing about customer service. We even said wed wait since it needed to be sent to the back to be "re-priced", but the manager was unwilling to work with us on that either. Just not good customer service.

Went here for the first time and was satisfied! I got name brand items such as Nike, Levi, Polo Ralph Lauren, etc. and the highest priced item was $2.99! Levi jeans were only 99¢! They have really good prices, sometimes they may upcharge on a name brand jacket but highest price i saw was $12.99 for a huge Columbia jacket. Cant wait to go look again! As for the customer service, they just kinda seemed like they were there minding their own business, fortunately no rude encounters but definitely best thrift store in Denton overall.

Do not shop here. I tried to make a donation here and was treated to one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. The staff and management was rude and not helpful. I was made to feel humiliated when I tried to donate something. I will not shop or donate here ever again. I would rather throw away perfectly good clothes than give them to a store that supports such rude behavior. Take your business and donations somewhere else, where they will be appreciated and where you will not be ridiculed.

I honestly love this store. I have found some of the most amazing deals here on clothes, books, housewares, and toys. Most of the items are priced very reasonably, less than 5-10 dollars. They do not have fitting rooms, but you can try things on over your clothes. You also have to double check the sizes on clothing articles sometimes because the size on their tags will not match the manufacturers size.

Went in here for my first time, skeptical from the reviews. They had a lot of clothes. All decent prices and a lot of good name brands. No fitting rooms though. When I asked if they had any at first, the girl just said no, and turned away from me (rude). I tried them on over my clothes in the middle of the store. I probably wont go back for clothes again. They had decent art and home wares.

This place always has good clothes and good deals. I see a lot of negative review about the lack of a dressing room. I have been thrifting around the state and never have I seen a thrift store with a dressing room. Which is smart then everyone could steal easily. They already sell the stuff for cheap so theft prevention is important. All and all best thrift store in denton

A great store to shop at !! You get really good deals !! N everyone there is nice , is under new management so everything has change even there prices got so much cheaper , the only bad thing is that they don't have a dressing room but is really not a big deal because u can always get a skirt a try pants or shorts n it always works, I have found a lot of good deals.

Very poor customer service. The employees are generally very rude and one female cashier often appears to be visibly drunk. I have also had the employees refuse to sell items to me for arbitrary reasons, or claim that the price on the tag was incorrect and should be higher. The only upside is that the prices are generally reasonable, and the stock is changed regularly.

This store is open Monday through Saturday 9am to 7pm, and Sunday 11am to 6pm. The store mostly only has clothes, but has some seasonal items and housewares. Some clothes are overpriced, especially the ones on the front round racks. But the items that have been sitting on the shelf tend to get marked down to good prices. The store does not have fitting rooms.

Staff is friendly, but there are no dressing rooms and a strict to return/exchange policy. The prices are not low enough that I would not mind of something didnt fit so we stopped going. With womens clothing you HAVE to either try on our get it for a buck or two. They didnt have the best selection of baby clothes either.

I shop here often but they dont have a fitting room so I have purchased things that were too small or just did not fit, they have a no return policy which makes this Thrift store very difficult to shop, but there are always lines and lots of people shopping here. All in all I can take it or leave it.

I always find something that is cute, new looking l, and around three dollars! all my favorites come from here! theres mostly clothes, but also cute bags of Trinkets, lots of framed artwork for about ten dollars, and ceramic vases and pots that are most of the time both pricier and lavish.
