If your prescription is important or time sensitive, you should avoid using this pharmacy. Its Saturday July 2, I was supposed to have my prescription shipped out to me Wednesday, June 22 and should have arrived Friday, June 24th which was also the last day I had of my prescription I had gotten previously. It never arrived Friday. I called my doctor on Monday inquiring about where my prescription was. They checked their records and showed they placed the order Wednesday June 22 at 8:37am. They called RiteCare who claimed they never got it so they placed the order over the phone. A couple hours later I still hadnt received a call from the pharmacy to confirm so I called them. First they said they didnt have it, then a couple min later she said she did and said they must have been typing it in right at that time. I asked her if she could over night it due to the fact that I was now off of it for 2 days. She said absolutely, I thought it was all taken care of. Surprise! They didnt over night it! The second time I was supposed to get it Tuesday June 28th. Here we are, a week without my prescription that I needed to be on without missing days, July 2nd. I called this morning thinking maybe something else happened. She checked the tracking number and said its set to arrive today. I asked why I didnt arrive it sooner. She said, oh yes, I do see a note with instructions to overnight it. I said right but that was Monday so what happened? She of course doesnt really know and said its noted. Glad they take good notes. Too bad they dont take care of peoples prescriptions.

I ordered a prescription on December 22nd, 2015, which was to be delivered in about 7 business days, today is January 12th, 2016...still no medication. Calling them and getting ahold of them without holding over 25 minutes is absolutely impossible unless you cheat and select "healthcare provider". I would never do that anywhere else, but unfortunately I had no other way of getting ahold of them and sure, that might be wrong for me to do. The chat has never worked and getting ahold of them is like trying to get a phone call with Jesus himself. Aside from my dishonesty with the selection itself, a lady answered the phone and was more than happy to help me. Her customer service was amazing, she apologized and she offered to send it out for me. So, as for the facility and their vailability to get ahold of them when you need them, I would review less than 1 star if I could. As for the lady I spoke to and her customer service, I would give her a 5.

I used their automated system to refill a prescription and got a call the following day from another company telling me my prescription had been transferred. I called my doctors office after that phone call because my doctors office sent my initial prescription to RiteCare. The nurse told me RiteCare had called them yesterday and told them I had requested my prescription be sent to this other pharmacy. I then called RiteCare directly to ask what was going on and they said they were no longer under contract with my insurance company. Instead of calling me they called my doctors office and lied, then transferred my prescription. All without ever talking to me! Its an absolutely inexcusable way to do business.

My wifes doctor would only deal with Rite Care. He put in a prescription on Tuesday and we paid for it on Wednesday and were promised overnight delivery. On Thursday we were told that overnight really meant two days. On Friday we were told that the delivery guy was on his way. Its Saturday. No meds, my wife has been on hold for 25 minutes and the chat function is not available (they told me to try between 9am and 3pm. Its 11:05 am). Needless to say - we will never use Rite Care again. And as long as Dr. Seemal Desai restricts his prescriptions to Rite Care, we will not be seeing him either.

I have to add my name to those who have experienced terrible customer service. After being told my prescriptions would be delivered today they havent shown up; I was just told Rite Care was planning to mail them. This despite my being very clear yesterday that I was leaving town early tomorrow morning for one week and that because of an injured knee I couldnt drive to the pharmacy to pick up the prescriptions, thus requiring delivery. So now I go one week without my prescribed medication. Rite Care, you obviously need to get your act together!

My mother has been with the company for over 10 years, when it was at another location. They also do compound...This place has changed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gave it this score because they deliver! They said they did not have something and they did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW MANY PHARMACIES DO YOU KNOW THAT DELIVER AND DO NOT CHARGE MORE? (They do insist that you have three or more to deliver.) They have been so very helpful nevertheless to her! I thank the Lord for them! Their prices are great also! CHARLOTTE KATRINA BARKLEY

I should have read the reviews before using this pharmacy. Im now on day 11 and still no prescription. Every time I call they tell me Ill get it today, but it never happens. The employees dont see to know or care that their job is to fill prescriptions for people and that those customers may really need that medicine. Even talking to a supervisor didnt help. What a waste of time and money. Dont go here!!

I have waited for 5 days for this pharmacy to call me about a prescription. When they finally called they told me they could not ship it to me and that they were going to transfer this to a local pharmacy. Two days later they still have not transferred this!!! I called back in the morning to have them transfer it again and the customer service rep was very rude! I would not recommend this company!

If you enjoy watching paint dry youll love the speed at which they pick up the phone. If you think waiting 20 minutes on the phone is bad... Try waiting 2-3 days for your prescriptions to be ready. On the bright side the staff is pleasant and courteous. Newly renovated but not a traditional drugstore. You can only pick up prescribed medications. Theres nothing over the counter.

They are a very deceitful group of people who fooled me into paying for my medication twice! That was a total of $915.54, even though they knew the insurance company had denied the second round of medications. I have already posted a bad review, funny how that disappeared. Dont trust these guys. I am filing a complaint with the licensing board for the state of Texas.

This place is strange! First time here as a customer and will not return. As a customer the last thing I want to see are a bunch of call takers laughing it up and dressed the way they were...not professional! Rite care needs to seriously re-remodel and have a better method to assist customers and hide the call takers.

Had my meds sent to them Tuesday and they have yet to get them to me and its Saturday. They promised that they would send a guy out on Friday and told me he was walking out the door that second and he would be to my house in an hour. Needless to say that never happened. Worst place ever!!!! Do not use this place!!!!!
