This is the most inefficient pharmacy Ive ever laid eyes on. I was grandfathered in under my parents and weve been using this place for years. But Im changing asap. They completely close down randomly in the middle of the day, which yeah, let everyone have their breaks. But maybe consider: hiring a second pharmacist so the reps and assistants can keep working and I can pick up my medication on a schedule that works for me? Not like I have hours to spend digging in my butt in a Walmart. Also not like the company is running short on funds in the slightest. Ive waited days for a birth control refill. On top of driving up there just to see the godforsaken metal shutters drawn. And there is only one friendly girl that works in there, I get my father to pick up my prescriptions usually to avoid going in so Im not even sure if she still works there. Hope not, she deserves better treatment & wages.

The date isnt handwritten on the front of the prescription but the release sticker has the DATE and ALL other necessary information on the back of the prescription. Thats not sufficient Im told. So I need to drive back to the ER and ask the doctor to HAND WRITE the date on the front of the prescription. Thats just stupid!!!! Give me a pen.Now I remember why I hate Wal-mart!!!!

Worst service! If you pull up five minutes before they close and finally get to the intercom one minute late they wont serve you! Lazy employees.

Horrible customer service! Waited a week for a refill and still nothing. Kroger Pharmacy at Custer/Eldorado is much better.
