The only reason I go is the fact that it is close to home and have very reasonable prices. HEB does have a good brand and I use most of their products. The workers on the other hand are very rude. With the exception of some of the younger workers. The adults there on the other hand need to learn a thing or two from them. You are always teaching them respect but dont carry any yourself. I understand the Mexican community is what is in now, but lets not forget where we all came from. We were all once the minority, but now the ones I have run into have their asses stuck up so high compared to how they used to be less than 5 years ago. Great customer service is the key and they dont have it! Go back to being the humans you once were and not the now privileged Hispanic you think you are now. It is not about race , but about unity and change. Get your heads out of your asses workers and be kind and helpful....

Got there this morning at 6 a.m. The line was from the cash registers to the back of the store where the eggs are finally got to the register didnt have a problem with my cashier had a problem with the cashier in front of her as there was a limit of six cases of water per customer that cashier stop registering her customers to take my one case of water out of my basket very very rude. Had to tell her to take care of her own line of customers waiting 2 hours as well and not worrying about the register behind her mine your own business lady!

It is an average HEB. It is nice and clean and is always stocked, but not a Plus so it does not have all the bells and whistles. Has a Cafe, but all they sell is rotisserie chicken plates everyday. Nice place to pick up snacks during lunch time. They usually have many lines open. They do not have many baggers and not that much space in their newly designed smaller bagging areas, so if you are shopping in bulk, be prepared to bag your own.

I only buy household items here not food. Fruits usually have little bugs flying around them right there in store. Too many of my fruits and vegetables I buy go bad too soon like in two days Im constantly having to throw away. Ive wasted too much $. New loaf of bread smells weird right when I open at home, milk never lasts. I now shop at HEB on violet road. I dont mind the drive.

I hate going to this HEB, but I always do because its so close to my house. There are never enough cashiers working, its cramped, and the food selection is poor. They have recently started freeing up some space so its not quite to cramped, so thats good.

It was good the cashier was very nice on check out #9. Also the cart pusher named Anthony was very nice and asked if we needed help putting the water in are car. So it was a all around great experience thank you.

Not good!!!! It clearly states 15 items or less at some check outs yet some people think that means 30..... And a manager & clerk said absolutely nothing......why????? Just saying.... really!!!!!
