Ive shopped in lots of Walmarts all over the country, its a familiar place and you know what to expect, usually. Ive shopped in the Walmart for over six years, having moved back to TX from metro Atlanta, I thought I knew what to expect. I remember my first impression as it being unclean, messy, cluttered, short on help and generally an unpleasant shopping experience. I wish I could say that they have recognized the problems, but it has only gotten worse. Even the employees think its really bad. Ive asked The parking lot is badly planned, Im older and require handicapped parking, good luck, there just isnt much available. No drive through for the pharmacy, they have stalls like those used for livestock where you can stand forever in the store, instead. Oh and site to store? The worst! I have spent up to an hour waiting for something that I couldnt get in store. There are no other Walmarts that are as conveniently located for me, so I usually try to get there at an off hour and get in and out as fast as I can. I live in a large 55 plus community and know lots of people who feel the same. This store is located close to I45, Im sure there are lots of travelers who use it, I just dont understand why Walmart doesnt update and improve this store. There is also a Sams on the same property, never went in there, I will not pay to shop in Walmart and it feels like they ought to pay me to shop in the Walmart Super Center????

This store has been run down for a while now and we avoid it unless we are in a bind and have to pick up something quickly and are in the same area. The Walmart on 242/College Park Dr is much nicer and much closer to our home, so we usually shop there. If we are further north and in this area, we prefer to go to the Target off of 105 and I-45, or the CVS in the same vicinity of the Target, but on the other side of I-45. I went there recently to fill some prescriptions that other pharmacies were out of, and not only were they rude from the moment I walked up to the counter, but refused to ever fill any RXs that came from my doctor in Houston (saying that this was their policy for the type of medication being filled). I already have to drive to the other side of Houston to see my doctor because she is the only specialist available in Houston and surrounding areas who is experienced and qualified to treat my condition... I dont understand why Walmarts pharmacy in Conroe expects their customers to drive out of the area in which they reside every month in order to fill their prescriptions... And sadly, Walmart pharmacy usually has the most competitive prices, so we end up paying more to have prescriptions filled elsewhere.

Walmart is walmart. ... but the location of this walmart is absolutely horrible!!!!! I live in the apartments on the same street and it takes 10 minutes if not longer to drive 2 minutes away. Everyone coming off 45 is just jammed right there and you have to wait 3 red lights sometimes even around noon throughout the day. And the have 2 stops signs and pedestrian walkway takes forever just to park! Updating my review.... This Walmart does not care about their customers AT ALL!! Not only did this SUPERCENTER Walmart close at 6 on Christmas Eve ((( people looked at me like I was crazy trying to warn them they were closed on my way back to the car, questioning me Walmart?? ))) But also in the past Ive returned about 6 (all different times) boxes of unopened diapers without a receipt due to being baby shower gifts and OTHER Walmarts have just asked for a DL and gave me store credit. This Walmart was very rude and said no they cant with a receipt?? Ive done it plenty times before so what the hell??? I absolutely hate this Walmart and theyve officially lost me as a customer.

Managers who wants to seen but not help. My daughter and I went to this walmart because its all we close.Well we were threr for at least 1& half hours when my ankle started to hurt from a sprang so i ask one of the asst to the asst to..............as we all know thiers always to many cattlemen and not enough horses running the show if I cuold leave my basket on the side of a register so I could go and grab another item real quick. When I came back my basket was split up between other baskets and someone had thrown my boot in the trash!! You asks why was her boot in the trash....well the item i went to grab was a pair of slip on shoes. needless to say I was blamed for leaving my basket were they told me too but I also had to endure rudeness from managment & asst.mg. I still had to checkout 30min later after i had to find my own boot because they wouldnt help me and the super bowl was the next day so I need those gr. and shoes. Please be advised if you dont look homeless or if you have kids than you are not apart of the walmart click.

Never good parking. Prices never match the prices you are charged. Overpriced on many items. Staff is usually unavailable when you need help. Items are there one day and never again, even new items. It is so random. Store has gnats flying around the health and beauty section, flies in the electronics department and the meats always make our family sick. Many items in the fresh fruit and veggie section have no description or prices and no one in the cake department speaks or understands english. It is difficult to even find a cart that works properly or does not have garbage in it. If I go there for something because I just cant find it elsewhere, the employees are always cutting me off rudely by walking right out in front of my cart. You can say something to them but they just give you the stink eye and keep going. There is so much more but I dont have all night. The eye doctor and eye center are above top notch. Best I have experienced. There is that one person who doesnt care but other than that they are great.

Today I had a terrible experience thanks to Walmart. My children were very excited about watching Star Wars movies. Walmarts website showed that the 3 movie bundle was available for pick up the same day. I purchased it at approximately 11:00 am. The indicator showed order would be ready by 4:54 pm. After not receiving any feedback email until 8:00 pm decided to call and inquire. It was impossible to obtain a straight answer over the phone, got transferred and nobody picked up, got disconnected, etc. At approximately 8:45 pm decide to head to the store. After a very long walkthrough a couple managers (Daniel and Mary) told me that the item was not available. They had the choice to repay my time, gas, car mileage by providing another package but refused to. I felt the treatment was rude and not adequate to the bad day my kids went through. It is 9:35 pm and my kids will not watch the movie today. Our day has been terrible. This stores address is: 1407 N Loop 336 W, Conroe, TX 77304
