If it would let me choose no stars for pick up experience I would choose that option. This was by far my worst experience with walmart pick up. It took almost an HOUR to complete my order!!! There was nothing special about my order but when I arrived (I let them know i was on my way before hand) it took 15 mintues to recieve any help, another 15, to get the items only to be told that they were still getting the cold items before staffed walked away to help another car. Got to watch them load several other cars before I was repeated asked for my name since id been waiting so long (staff thought I was another car to pick up an order, no same car and still waiting). It took another 20 mins to recieve said cold items only for half the items to be incorrect so another 10+ mintues to wait for those items to arrive. I could have gone in and shopped and would have been out well before my order was complete but thats not the point when you use pick up. After I finally recieved my corrected items we were appologized to and told by the manager I would recieve a voucher that was to be emailed to me for the incovience that night.... Its been days and no voucher has been emailed to me. Horrible experience and then to be lied to was just the cherry on top. This is not my first time with walmart pick up but it will be my last as im switching to kroger pick up. *Also had several cars parked in the pick up lanes who got out and shopped in the store.

I know it is a tough job and lots of customers can be frustrating. I tried being polite after an employee made a mistake on my purchase, but I never expected her to become physically aggressive. On the morning of 9/14/13, an old woman working in the fabric section was throwing merchandise around before I walked up. I smiled, but she just scowled and ignored me. So I found the lace on my own, asked for 3.5 yards, but she only measured out 2.5. I realized this after getting home, so I had to drive back to the store to finish my project. I told the old woman, who denied her mistake, then ripped the bag from my hands and stormed off! I was absolutely shocked by her nasty attitude. I explained everything to a manager, and repeatedly suggested that she check the security tapes to witness the employees behavior for herself. The manager didnt seem to care about her employees rudeness or aggression. Of course, the employee denied doing anything wrong. The manager cut the extra yard of lace and gave it to me for free, but I wouldve preferred to pay full price and receive a simple apology. Everyone makes mistakes, but the rudeness was totally unacceptable. Before today I generally avoided Walmart due to their reputation, but now Im certainly never going to shop there again.

Horrible staff. Found an item marked a certain price on aisle. Asked an associate to confirm price she did. Rang up 15 dollars more at register. Got an attitude from the Cashier & The customer service manager. Found the associate that was with me when we verified the original price she spoke with the store manager and they were telling me all they could do is take off 1 dollar. This is the second time Ive had issues with the staff. I live and breathe Retail. As a store manager for Sprouts and dating a Store Manager for Aldi. We have never been so mistreated from staff. Especially when we understand how rough retail can really be. The managers were bad mouthing me on the radio thinking I didnt hear anything. Speaking about losing a job over the 15 dollar difference. Me and my bf would have lost our job if it was in our store and we let a customer leave as unhappy as we did tonight. If you wanna be treated like scum this is the place to go. Ill be driving an extra 8 miles to the tomball store where i have no complaints.

Went to buy some items today and had a hispanic loss prevention employee with green polo shirt tucked in and jeans follow me around the store from the soda section to the hardware department at the other end of the store. I am not against the store employees following customers, but they should do it discreetly. The store should reconsider retraining their LP. Do not make customers feel the way I did just because they have a little bit of time to look around and reconsider buying items. As a result I left my cart and did not bought anything. The Loss Prevention employee is approximately 511, has bronze skin, black and grayish hair with a traditional haircut, strong build, black Bluetooth headset around his neck. Very clean demeanor (shaved). If you encounter someone like this without a cart or item on his hands, he is following you. PD: I decided to give it 2 stars because a pharmacy employee was very helpful and provided an excellent customer service.

This is, by far, one of the most atrocious places on the planet. I have had my car completely screwed up by their oil and tire department... ive had to wait for nearly half an hour while 6 people looked for the person with the key to the ammunition cabinet and the attitudes there are absolutely the worst ive ever encountered. The management (i use the term VERY loosely) is worthless as they simply do not give a rats butt if a customer is dissatisfied and do not seem capable of hiring or scheduling people with any common sense. I will NEVER set foot in this store again and its a real shame, because its right around the corner from my house. Take heed, folks... this kind of stuff is going to get WAY worse before it gets better. Until we the consumers start putting the screws to these companies by NOT SHOPPING there, customer service will steadily fade to black. *i wish there was a rating below 1 star.

Im a permanently handicapped and a long time Walmart customer also Ive been to many Walmart locations. Today when I went into the entrance door on crutches. There was young employee name KAYNUN greeting me by saying "Sir, You need one" .. Meant a motored shopoing cart for handicapped or elderly. He noticed that there was none inside, Without hesitation he went out looking and looking for it he probably searched every handicapped parking spaces. And he came back with one. I am so proud of this young man and shopping was not my priority, I waited 15 minutes to let his Manager know about this kind and hard working young employee. Manager said he just turned 18. I guarantee this young man hard and kind work will help him succeed in his life. Thanks again, KAYNUN. Keep up the good works !

I give walmart 0 stars because of my experience there on 8-20-2017. I was in the restroom in the very back stall as an employee entered the stall next to me and slowly and quietly lowered himself flat on the ground placing his head under neath the stall I was in. Caught him red handed, he had no idea what to say once he saw how furious I was. Management was called over and also the police. I made a report and I refuse to let this go, who knows how many children or elderly women hes done this to. Had that been one of my kids omg.....That couldve easily been one of your children or parents or even you! Im going to warn as many people as I can "TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THE RESTROOMS IN WALMART AND PLEASE DONT LET YOUR KIDS GO ALONE"
