If it was possible I would leave no stars the store smells horrible. I have purchased rotten meat there tried to return it and was given the 3rd degree. I went there to purchase a money order and the chick at the window had a attitude because she thought I was on the phone and charged my card the wrong amount and she thought it was funny. They wont return any of my phone calls from corporate so I will be making another trip up there. That whole food town needs to be shut down from the smell to the bad customer service.

For a family on a budget, this is the store to visit. If you are looking for hard to find food items that are no longer very popular, like parts of the hog or turkey, this is your place. If you like cooking from scratch, this is your place to shop! Caution should be exercised if you are looking for organic, non gmo, or otherwise less processed foods. There are not a lot of options here. If you are a careful shopper and on a budget you can craft a reasonably healthy diet here.

They always have everything on my grocery list, although their meat selection isnt always the best. The staff is very friendly, I had a cashier today who was happy to answer all my questions and even crack a few funny jokes! It seems pretty clean, I suggest making security a little better because I can see plenty of opened items in the isles that are eaten out of.

There is a strong ammonia odor wafting through the entire building. Very strange. Produce is alright, ground beef is better than other places. Dont bother coming here if you want organic products or whatnot. This place barely has the basics for semi-decent prices.

I went to shop on morning 04-18-16 and cashier was so rude she wasnt on the mood and seems to be mad, she knows nothing about customer service she not supposed to be cashier, I bring this to the manager who was next register,never come back.

This store has a lot of cheap groceries and beer. The down side is the store tends to smell once a month for some reason. The employees are ok and patient when ever I have a problem. The restrooms a frequently dirty as well.

I will never shop at this location again. Immediately after entering the store there was a strong smell of urine. It traveled throughout the entire store. The smell was so unbearable I had to leave shortly after arriving.

THE MOST IDIOTIC EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I used a military ID and was asked "what is the Marine Corps?" by the manager and cashier and was refused the purchase of beer. Im 26 years old with a valid military ID.

I love this place! Great prices and absolutely great staff! As a coupon user, the worst feeling is needing an item and it not be in stock. I have never had this problem at Food Town. Will continue to shop here.

This is an old Gerlands grocery store from back in the 80s & is pretty run down. Prices are pretty high if not on sale. Employees & fellow shoppers are loud & obnoxious

I bought tilapia twice in foodtown but I was disappointed by the quality. Once at home I found that the fish were rotten. For beef and pork which are not often fresh.
