I have nothing against Gamestop - however this location is absolutely terrible. We have been trying to keep coming for months but we have finally accepted that nothing about this location will ever change...we are never coming back to this location. The employees and manager here are beyond rude. I dont even understand how this particular location is still open! They treat their customers badly every time. One guy in particular, Danny or Dillon - whatever his name is...starts with a D - is an absolute joke. Hes probably the worst employee there. Every. Single. Time. We have gone in when he is working, he has been unreasonably arrogant, and flat out rude. He will question your integrity and it is really appalling. The manager there is just as rude and acts like a know-it-all and will practically have her nose high in the air. Seriously...just avoid this location at all cost. This location is an embarrassment.

Ive shopped at a lot of GameStops over the years and this has by a large margin been my favorite. They do a great job with launches, having merchandise to buy, and customer service. Not to mention its much more convenient than the one across the street in the mall. And to "Keith !", how can you knock this location for a corporate level gripe? Thats just messed up. Do you think corporate is reading each stores reviews for feedback? No. Call them instead of hurting a local stores reputation.

Ive been in here a few times to gets various items for my children, ages 9 & 17. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a vast selection and, if youre anything like me and know NOTHING about gaming, they help you in a way that doesnt break your wallet. From what I can tell, they have many accessories for various gaming systems and a TON of games. They also have a reward system for frequent flyers.

I was in to pay a friends cricket cell phone bill. I really love games stop for the video games but it was a great business move for them to also be a retailer of sorts for cricket. The used my trip a training experience which doesnt bother me in the slightest, I was impressed with how it was handled. Kudos to the tream!

i love the selection here and i love that you can trade your games out for new ones. its great to be able to find alot of the games, systems and accessories used at great prices!! i have all 3 systems and always can find great deals here!

The staff are nice and have followed the Gamestop corporate requirements of pushing pre-orders and magazine subscriptions without being nasty about it. Store is clean and has plenty of geek merchandise items for the youth crowd.

The guys are pretty knowledgeable, so browsing while chatting on and off with them can keep visits very interesting, and makes sharing stories back and forth fun. They act like just another friend.
