I wish I could give this place a zero star. Thanks to Jackson for ruining my opinion about gamestop as well as ruining my week. I walked in asking about a preorder on a 3ds title bundle. Instead of him wondering why it was listed in the computer as a Wii U title, he proceeded to cut me off and tell me that he was right and that this IS a wii u title over and over again. Even though the release date and box art has already been released. I showed him a picture, THEN he said oh it must be a computer error. I had it and left the store. AND to top it all off, he apologized to my boyfriend NOT ME! Saying, "Oh I wasnt trying to make her upset". As if that is an apology! I will be in contact with whomever I need to for this blatant disregard to me as a gamer and as a female. Just because I am a woman who loves video games does not give you the right to correct me!

So I called this Game stop and asked about trading in my 360 for a one. The offer on the table as I understood was 150 dollar trade in as long as it had the larger hard drive. I told them (before I drove across town) That my Xbox was the 4g with a 320g aftermarket external (internal) hard drive. I was told over the phone that this was good for the discount, however, when I arrived they offered me 80 dollars for trade instead of the original 150. Got my hopes up and expertly dashed them. Gfys game stop!

Out of all the GameStop Ive been to this is the best one ever and trust me Ive been to a lot because of bad serves from others. jeff is one off the coolest persons you could meet very funny guy and very helpful and the other girl employe Emily she very helpful as well and fast with the trade ins and they try to give you the most for your trade ins towards other games, I would recommend coming here only because of them employees know how to treat a costumer

No complaints here. They had what I was looking for, there werent many people. Came, looked around, found my product, checked out while engaging in friendly conversation with the employee about one of their products (a remote-controlled Claptrap!) and went about my evening. The place is pretty tiny though, so it could have been less enjoyable during a more busy time.

By far the best location in Austin! Very knowledgable staff and although they do push their product like they are told to I am sure. They do it in a way that is authentic and non pushy. Came here once to get a switch game, guy was awesome and we talked while I waited for a family member. Came here a second time, they were cool and waited for us before they closed down for the night. Came here today, and they tested the game cart port on my ps vita for me. Great people at this gamestop.

Ive been to many great gamestops over the years, this is not one of them. After purchasing a console, they agreed that I could come back within 7 days and trade my old console in towards it to get their limited time trade-in deal. When I walked in to, they would not honor the deal.

Ive been to most of the gamestops in town and this is probably the best one. The employees are always friendly and informative. Theyre always ready to engage in idle conversation. All of the horror stories you hear about bad gamestop employees do not happen at this location.

Bought a used 360 controller, repackaged & presumably refurbished. At home found out the buttons stuck & dirt/oil/sugar abounded. Took apart the controller, cleaned it of kool-aid, dirt, & skin from previous user. Works like a charm...wish I could say the same of GameStop.

Pretty small GameStop kind of hidden but the employees here are very friendly and helpful which sometimes isnt the case at GameStop dont come here for trade in value of course everyone knows that but they have stuff youre looking for in general

Went it to pick up a PS3. Employee was nice, and helpful when I asked him to check to see if they stocked a certain version, and they did. All in all, it was a fine experience. I also picked up a few used games which all worked great.

Staff actually knows about video games. The location is nice and the store has a nice selection of items. Prices are good but you can sometimes find better prices on Amazon. Return policy is pretty bad especially on accesories.
