Black Friday Experience: Went in earlier this morning and had possibly the worst visit to this location that Ive had in a long time. The ONLY reason I went in was to buy one of their Playstation cards that were on sale today. I was told their internet was down. I managed to comment "Oh wow, thats stupid..." before I was rudely cut off and told that its not our fault...if you want you can come back later today or drive to another location and get it. Now, that alone to me was pretty unnecessary. But after they were done defending themselves (which is funny because of what I was trying to say) I managed to finish my sentence..."...thats stupid because your internet providers shouldve known you guys would be busy today. That sucks for you guys." I was given the "angry customer" treatment for no reason...I didnt raise my voice, I did nothing to get attention from anyone else. Heck, I was watching their GameStop TV while they babbled on. So to say the least...I wasnt mad that their net was down, but I am mad I was treated poorly. But I guess I should thank them. After their advice I did go somewhere else. The Walmart just 2 minutes away. There I was able to buy the card I wanted AND found some better deals. A game I mightve got at GameStop for $40 I found at Walmart for $25. Either way, Im done with this location. And Ill be sure to tell my family and friends about this location as well.

So I went to this GameStop to try and get the Dark Souls three. I walked in they asked me what I wanted and I told them, "Dark Souls three just the regular addition " And he said ok and its going to be 20% off, So I was happy there but then, I got to the counter they didnt even show me the game or tell me what edition it was. They said its going to be $62.56. With 20% off!?!? They said ya, I just decided to pay it. I got back in the car and it turns out they gave me the day one edition like I told them not too and it didnt even have the day one edition stuff in there!!!!! Just the container and the disc. This has happened to me more than once at more than one GameStop and I am NEVER shopping there again!!!!!!!

This gamestop is great. Everyone is always friendly, talkative and helpful. I always stop and chat with the employees. The employees at this gamestop took the time to help me find a very difficult-to-obtain game for our Wii, and busted their butts to have it shipped in from across the state after they helped me find it. I prefer to do business with this Gamestop, I have never had a single issue with any of their products or their service. Everything has worked the first time, everything was correct the first time, and I watched them pre-test an xbox someone brought in and the woman behind the desk put it through a thorough testing, so I have no idea how you can get a bunk Xbox from them.

If you are looking for good customer service DO NOT go to this game stop. After being made to wait ten minutes while an associate was on the phone (not with customer), some one finally can from the back to help me; their first question was not how can I help you, but instead what do you want? atfer not being able to find my order, it was reliazed that I told the the wrong dates for pick up. There were no apologies for being give the wrong information, instead I was made to feel stupid for not knowing better. I will never go to this store again. The one off of I 35 by the mall has much better customer sevice,

I stopped in this store for the first and last time. The guys who work there are rude and unfriendly. I bought an exbox 360, got home and the system was making a lot of noise and the controller didnt work and was dirty. I went back up there to replace it, and they gave us the wrong one. Went back up there a third time got the right one, came home and it was broke, wouldnt even read a disc. Finally went back a fourth time and told them to just give our money back. I guess they just take anything anyone brings in without cleaning it up or even checking to make sure it works. this place is fail.

Bought xbox one 1 terabyte console new. Forza 6 edition with the warranty. After having it 2 weeks it would freeze up during applications and game play. This store didnt have the same thing as I had, so I was given a refurbished "holiday bundle". This one also went bad in a short time. Tried to get them to replace with a new one. Not going to happen here. Save money and time by walking into the Microsoft Store. Much better service than the gamestop and the people were actually decent to deal with. Not on drugs.

I went to get a Wii u and when I got home it would not read discs, so I went back up there to get a new one and it took almost a hour for me to get it because they would get distracted by small things and when they asked me if I wanted to restore the Wii u I said its fine, Im getting impatient and they went ahead and took another 5-10 min to do it anyways

Stopped in to get a game that was on sale and a couple vr headsets for my wife and I to enjoy. They did not have the game available as someone reserved it between when I left home and got here. They were able to call another store and reserve it for me. The other store did not actually hike it like they should but these guys did their jobs correctly.

My husband has a game console on hold. Hes supposed to get it this morning at 10. Guess what? Your store isnt open. And its almost 11 AM. Weve been calling since 10. You better not sell the item thats on hold. I will be speaking to the manager as soon as someone opens the door.

I love this location. I come here very frequently and have always had a good experience. The staff is great, the selection is good and I usually walk out with an item. Cant say enough good things about this store.

Good customer service and a decent selection of games, but if you want to trade in your games or sell them here, forget it. You could get more for your stuff in a garage sale.
