Lazy employees, 4 people in line while one employee stood behind the counter. He finally sighed loudly and called for the next customer who happened to be me. I was going to trade in an item for store credit, he claimed, with a attitude that they could not take in the item I was trading in, yet the website gave full details and dollar anount Id get for the item, yet the genius there said he cant do it because its not in the system, I explined what I saw online and he shrugged his shoulders like he could care less. This idiot seems to not like his job, he has zero customer service skills. Game stop needs to raise its standards as to who they hire. I went to another location and they gladly took care if my trade in. Stay away from this location, lazy rude disrespectful employees who are clueless.

Its horrible. They dont honor their advertising. I tried buying a ps3. Turned out that it had to be a specific one. The slim edition. He was stubborn on selling me a 149.99 console that I didnt want. Then I just told him I would just buy a Xbox 360 for 99.99. And you get 5 games with it. So I picked out my games, again. Then he rang me up and said unfortunately we dont have the 99.99 xbox. The Xbox we sell is 130.00. I was there for 1 hour trying to buy a console. This is disappointing. Never will I buy from gamestop
