Terrible service. Spent several minutes in line while a "customer" (guy was not buying anything) chit-chatted with girl employee, talking about when he was free and when they could hang out. When he was finally done flirting the employee tells me that she cannot ring me up and has to go and get a guy employee. This guy employee comes and he has a customer with him that he starts ringing up. BUT SURPRISE! These guys were evidently friends in the past and they start shooting the breeze about where they have been and what they have been doing. They finally finish and the customer picks up his two items and begins walking away, but the employee realized that he was so distracted that he only charged the guy for one item. So then he has to ring up the guys second item which means more chatting and longer waiting for me. When I do make it to the counter, I set my items down and the employee says hi to me, THEN HE TURNS AND WALKS A FEW STEPS AWAY AND STARTS TALKING THE THE GIRL EMPLOYEE, hes telling her all about how that last customer was a friend of his. I left without the chance to purchase anything.

Dont shop here. Apparently they cant return something by calling other store to make sure you bought it. The assistant manager likes to laugh at customers, talk bad about employees and say they got fired when they didnt and hang phones up on people. Sean the manager says she can does this and its ok because I hurt her feeling do to me talking to loud at her. He says Im in wrong because I talked to loud to her and she is right because I hurt her feelings. All I said was for her to do her job. First time I have seen a assist manager wine a customer hurt her feelings and the Manger says she was in the right. Dont shop at this store. The one on may is the best store to go to. They know how to treat long time customers.

The staff here is pretty friendly, but not entirely knowledgeable (which is pretty common among employees of the Vintage Stock chain). This store has a pretty healthy assortment of main-stream super hero comics, a smatter of older toys, and a ton of video games and dvds. There really is an endless amount of stuff to look at in this store. My only complaint is that the staff acted like it was completely against protocol for me to ask to open one of their back issues and see who wrote the comic (which is probably the fault of the company, not the individual employees). Ill come back to dig for back issues, but I wont be doing my comics subscriptions through them.

I went in to sell my transformers and Star Wars and the girl there had 0 clue as to what or who they were and yelled at another employee in front of myself and other customers to stop helping her. I will never go back and will make sure that the toy and game community stop going there all together. Ps if the manager reads this, wow.. Thats all I have to say

Pretty good. Their comic book section is laughable... I dont know why they even carry then because most of them are old and completely random issues. Games and movies are where they shine. They have really great prices on used gear. Retro consoles are a little gouged but the market for retro is on fire right now. Theyre A OK. I like this store.

Fun to browse. Video games, comics, collectibles, everything for your inner (or outer) geek. Staff is friendly and will chat about Star Trek or Magic The Gathering for hours. They always have some unique items to catch your attention. Prices range from reasonable to "I can get that on Amazon for half that".

Games that are ten plus years old are 7.99 and up ?! Clearly these ppl dont understand depreciation ... I can go to game stop or cdr electronics and get a better deal. Still shocked that a game that came out in 1999 is priced at 14.99 .. Very disappointed, go elsewhere dont even waste your time !

Its a cool store if your looking for an older game or movie. If you are trying to sell items here, think twice. This place is just like any other place the buys your old items. The most you will get back for something is 50 percent of what you originally paid, and thats if your lucky.

Ive never had a problem with these guys in Moore or in Edmond. Oh course, I have never tried to buy a cheap, used xbox from them either. Use some common sense, its a glorified pawn shop, dont buy used electronics expecting new electronics level performance.

Great staff went in and asked if they could help me find some select video vintage nes games and the were more than helpful they located them at a different store and I was able to get them that day. Amazing service we will def frequent this location.

The manage in Moore named Ronnie is amazing hes kind an takes his time with you an will help you with any problem you have great customer service 5 star in my book they will have customers come back with him working there.

They have a decent selection of older movies and video games, but trying to actually buy them is pulling teeth. I was standing in line for ten minutes waiting for the clerk before giving up and leaving.

The games for ps3 are over priced the game I was wanting is 5.99 at vintage stock and 0.99 at game stop thats a 5 dollar difference so if I was a gamer game stop is where Id go
