On July 7, 2015 I came to your location to have my oil changed. I have a fleet of vehicles and have been using your services for over 12 years. I pulled into your line to have my oil changed. No one was in the bay, so I went inside, and was told they would "write me up" outside. I subsequently waited 10 minutes with no one in sight. I then headed back inside and found a technician in the "uniform room". He came out and I asked how long for the change and he said less than one hour. NO ONE was in the Oil Change bay waiting to be serviced, but one car was in the tire bay. I was finally checked in and "written up" at 9:22am. I walked to a nearby business and returned 40 minutes later. My grey Prius was still the first in line for the Oil Change with no one in the Oil Change bay. I asked the lady at the checkout in the tire area what was the problem. She stated they were understaffed. Only two in the service area. This was at 10:05am. She said they would get right on it. At 11:00am I was once again at the checkout in the tire area trying to determine when my vehicle would be ready. She went out to the bay and then an Assistant Manager, Yusef, came in and asked one of the technicians if he could please clean some spots on the floor. The technician then responded the Yusef that he was off the clock, but would clean it up if he got a raise... I then told Yusef he needed to be concerned about the service in this department, not concerned about the spot on the tiled floor. I told him my issue and he absolutely did NOTHING. His only concern was what the technician said to him. Yusef then went to the garage bays and picked up a ladder and straightened out the bay. Yusef did not respond to me but just left me at the checkout while he policed the garage area. BOTH the technician and Yusef need to be disciplined for their lack of professionalism and not caring about the people that make it possible for them to be employed. By this time, there were two other families who were steaming over the time it took to get service. I finally got my keys to my vehicle at 11:06 am, which made me late for my appointment. Why should it take 1 hour and 44 minutes to simply get an oil change? Why does the management not care about the customers at this location?

Stay Away and just go to the Kroger across the street! This store is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. It speaks a lot since I grew up going to the Irving Walmart. My doctor had sent my prescription to the Walmart pharmacy across the street around 3:30 pm. When I showed up at 6:00pm the prescription still has not been filled, while the staff stood around talking. The staff told me it would take 30 minutes to fill because they had not started it yet. I told her about it being my first time and if there was anything she needs from me since I will just be waiting. She said "no" so I went on my merry way. When the prescription was ready, I was told it would cost me $54 (it cost me $5.39 at the Kroger across the street). In addition, they had me waiting in another line to check whether I have prescription coverage. This pharmacy is filled with a bunch of unprofessionals and really need to be reviewed. I am launching a complaint with the State board of Pharmacy.

My girlfriend and I had picked up a few things and were waiting in the self checkout line behind a guy purchasing a ton of otc meds. The system prompted a cashier to validate his age, the cashier did not ID the customer but he did enter his code allowing the customer to continue his purchase. As we made our purchase the system again prompted a cashier to validate age. The same associate "Robert" approached us asking to see both IDs. My gf tried to explained that she was the one making the purchase and that I was even older than her. Robert RUDLY snatched the alcohol off the register and proceeded to carry on totally ignoring us. When I tried to file a complaint no one was willing to give up the information I requested and they even threatened to call the cops.

I love Walmart. This location is really pathetic. Its basically ran by nonchalant kids in the neighborhood. The night staff works hard to stock and front everything but the day staff is terrible. Ive been going in past midnight to shop. The customer service will begrudgingly help you if you in person, but there is no point in calling for help.you will be on hold and hung up on. Theres a young girl there with glasses and a yellow vest who has the worst attitude. I wouldnt be suprised if there was high turnover. Always understaffed. Lots of spoiled out of date items on shelves. I love the low prices of Walmart but I will gladly spend more across the street at Kroger since the overall shopping experience is better. The downfall is the customer service.

Honestly the worst experience the manager needs to do serious work with his employees there was a short black woman and she was very rude she had short hair and pink blush and I asked her for directions to find some seasoning and she flipped her bang and continued talking to syed thats what his badge said and the place was a mess there was junk all on the floor it looked like they hadnt stacked up in days the only good part about my shopping experience was that there was a nice young man by the name of Marcus who showed me some thing and the cashiers were very friendly full of nice smiles and they were so cheerful for a second I almost forgot how bad everything else was

I live like 2 min away from this location time I go shopping at around 11:00 pm there is only one cashier open and a big line that takes 20 minutes to get to you and cash you out and the self service lines closed I dont understand why dont they open 2 cashiers around that time that they close the self check out but you see like 3 employed walking around not worried about customers in that crowded line and also unfriendly employees that dont even say hi to you at the cashiers dont recommend this location...

The customer service I received from Darryl at 9:10 on Memorial Day was disgusting. He refused to sell me alcohol due to a law that does not exist. I am 22 years old and have a Texas ID that is valid. He was extremely abrasive and made very threatening gestures when I questioned his knowledge of the Texas state laws.

Rang out a single item with samsung pay and it worked perfectly. (It was a test) then I went back and grabbed everything I needed and voila! The system didnt want to take my payment. Pretty stupid to accept ONLY Wal-Mart pay. Definitely going to go across the street to Kroger until Wal-Mart accepts samsung pay...

We shop here all the time out of necessity but its definitely not an enjoyable shopping experience. The staff are very helpful and nice for the most part but the selection and lighting are unimpressive and with so many great grocery stores nearby its hard to want to shop at this one.
