If I could give this company a zero star I would. I pull up to the drive through to pick up a prescription. Neither lane is labelled, so I go to the empty lane. The pharmacy teller Chian has her back to the window for 10-15 minutes without even acknowledging the two customers waiting. Meanwhile other cars pull up behind us. Finally she comes to the window and tells me I can only pick up a prescription from the near lane. I guess Im just supposed to know this is the case and now Im supposed to drive back around the building and get in the back of the line after waiting for 20 minutes? The rude clerk starts talking to the next car to drive up so I interrupt to ask her to get my prescription. She says I have to be in that lane. I say Ill get out and walk over there to pick it up. She rudely says she cant. At this point Ive had it and I just drive away and will never do business with this company again. If you have any other options - Walgreens, anything - I recommend avoiding this company and especially this store.

Im not the type to leave negative reviews, but this one bares saying. I work in a doctors office hear this CVS and we regularly send scripts to them....and they regularly screw them up. Last week I attempted to fill two scripts on my way to work and was told by the pharmacist there that both scripts were expired...um, wrong! I keep pretty good track of my medications and all of them were current. All the same I thought I would check with my docs to make sure. When I called my doctors to confirm this, they were just as confused as I was--plenty of refills and none of them expired. Then I called the CVS in Four Points where I regularly fill these and they confirmed what my doctors said--plenty of refills left, none expired. I dont know if the pharmacist in Bee Caves is incompetent, has a moral conflict with performing the functions of his position, or if they have a problem with their e-scripts system but when patients ask me which pharmacy in the area I recommend, I pointedly tell them NOT this one.

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. Their service is absolutely terrible. I have a prescription that Ive been waiting on for over 2 weeks. One person will tell you its been ordered and will be in tomorrow and another will tell you that they tried to call your doctor because they got the prescription wrong and they cant fill it. When you call to complain they hang up on you. They dont seem to care about their customers or providing any type of customer service. I will be transferring my refills to another pharmacy that actually knows what they are doing. Ridiculous and unacceptable.

Sara was absolutely fantastic. I had been trying to print photos for the last 2 days elsewhere with no success. I went in to CVS and Sarah completely turned my night around. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get what I needed done and she had a smile on her face the whole time. She was very knowledgeable and helped me try out several different methods when my phone was not cooperating. Thanks so much, you have made a returning customer!

This place is the worst if you need pharmacy assistance. You call and are placed on hold forever and then when your call goes through, someone answers and hangs up. The worst customer service - other than perhaps Time Warner Cable - that I have ever experienced.
