Mismanaged Pharmacy...Only 1-star because no lower rating is available. The pharmacy dept. is [without question] the very worst. Three part Rxs are NEVER filled on time or at all (poor inventory management). Prior authorization scripts could easily sit unaddressed or unfilled indefinitely. In conversation with the pharmacy manager, one soon identifies the problem...management apathy. CVS Corp. should get that house in order promptly, or face a continued production meltdown. Strongly recommend that one should avoid this place unless frustration is your pleasure.

Pharmacy staff are really good, however the medication they were using was lower in bio availability. I explain this to the buyer in pharmacy as I was instructed to do so, explaining the same medication was not as effective as a different generic brand purchased at another pharmacy. The purchaser, Isaac totally blew me off.

I just drove to the location on googlemaps. There is no CVS Store here. Just like the picture in StreetView. Nothing here. I called the number listed above and its just a fax number. This is not a CVS location. Someone has screwed this up.

it says on here and all over the building, "open till midnight" that is false. the pharmacy closed at 6 on sunday. its cvs Pharmacy not cvs store.
