I am one of the purchasers for my company and I tried with little success to purchase about $1,000 in fans from the Baytown location. I talked to 2 different managers, Norma and Juan, and were both no help along with the other customer service people...they kept putting me on hold and never pick back up or would hang up on me, didnt have anything in stock that they showed to have online once I finally got ahold of someone, also were no help when it came to ordering the things I needed or getting them transferred from another store. As a last resort I sent a driver to a location that showed what I needed in stock all the way across town on the beltway on the southwest side of Houston and they were extremely helpful there by checking their stock and having the shop fans in will call when the driver arrived.....the Baytown needs to restructure or retrain all their employees!!!!!

Do not work here. Do not shop here. If you check reviews nationwide, the company is a bully culture. Not only toward employees, but toward customers as well. If you order something, be sure to examine it thoroughly before you leave the store because sometimes parts are missing or the item is damaged. All they care about is filling their bopis orders. They dont check for quality. They will lie about what happened with your order. They will call you and say your order is ready but then they cant find it when you pick up. They use a 3rd party for deliveries so they know nothing. All they do is deliver. You can threaten to go across the street to Lowes but they wont care. I watched one manager laugh at a customer over that threat and walk away. Managers will yell at employees in front of customers. No wonder the employees have a bad attitude.

Went to Home Depot to buy a table saw I seen on the web site for a certain price. Instead of ordering online, I decided to pick it up at the store. I was disappointed to find that the price was somewhat higher than the Home Depot Web site indicated. I used my phone to check and make sure that the price was the same as it was and there was no change in the online price. When I went to get an associate to get the online price he informed me that Home Depot doesnt price match. Needless to say I went across the street to the competition and bought my saw for the price I seen online. The way I was treated was terrible, Home Depot made my feel like I was asking for a huge discount when all I wanted was the price I had seen on their own web site. I dont think I will shop there again.

So this morning I went into this home depo in baytown to buy a couple of things for a electrical job Im doing it first stopped in the self check out to pay for a couple of drinks and I dropped $200 in cash that I had in my back pocket and dint notice that I had dropped the till I got home and started looking for the cash. So I called the home depo and asked if anyone had found any money and turned it in well the manager (Jamie Guertin) did find the money and held on to it thinking someone would call or come by looking for it. So I called and they had my money. I wanted to thank Jamie Guertin for her honesty in returning the money Im very grateful

I ordered a couple of items online and asked to pick them up at the store. There was a glitch between the online ordering and the store. I wasnt happy to say the least. I was so upset I just left the store..... My items were on my front porch a few hours later with a handwritten apology from the manager that had helped me asking me to give the store another chance and to please continue to verbalize my complaints so they could continue to get better at customer service. You can bet I will give them another chance.. They surpassed my expectations today. Thank you Home Depot and Johnathan A. for making me feel like my business was worth your while.

Other than Andy that was helping me Miss Linda that helped me at the front desk and a super nice lady that works in flooring thats over the flooring Department whose name starts with a T Im sorry I dont remember it other than those three individuals I absolutely loathe at Home Depot for every experience Ive had there it is absolutely absurd to not be able to get someone to help you with hinges for doors within a 15 to 20-minute time. Its ridiculous that in a 10 minute to 15 minute time. You cant get help loading granted mr. Andy saw me loading and did come over and help happily

Was in there today and a light was on indicating a register was open. A girl that worked there was sweeping right by the register as we walked up. She ignored me as I asked if the register was open. The girl next to her indicates it was and told the sweeping girl she had customers. Again she ignored us and then walked up to the other lady and stated, "Why would they go to a rgister that no-one was at!" We went to self ✔ out to check out and told the girl there who went over and turned off the light. The sweeping girl was still standing around doing nothing!

Called to check and see if they have a part. They said yes. After we got there we couldnt find no one for the Section we needed.. a paint guy said oh this one will work. When we got home it didnt work. Spent 30 bucks on something that didnt work so now we have to drive another 45 miles to get our money back. Called again to make sure they will have it and the lady kept interrupting me and saying well I would like to say we have it but I dont know.. what a big help home depot has been for me... over 80 miles and NOTHING to show for it...

The worst home depot Ive ever been to. The customer service is full of the most attitude and ignorance. Ive been here multiple times. The employees are never educated with where anything is. If you ever need assistance to get something off a shelf, forget about it, youll be standing there for days, even when the store is dead. Employees roll their eyes and have terrible body language when you ask a question. Ill forever shop at Lowes now thanks to every shitty experience ive ever had here.

Bad experience. I purchased a gas grill online and selected to have it assembled. I assumed they would assemble a brand new one out of the box. After taking the grill home I noticed that they had sold me a floor model that had been outside. The users manual was faded from the sun, and parts of the grill had started to rust. I returned it to swap out for a new one. It took them and hour to bring me a new grill in the box. I wasted a lot of time.

I went to Home Depot today to purchase a large dust pan for picking up leaves. The lady that was standing near the front was really helpful. She took me to where the dust pans were and was very helpful in my choosing one. She was really friendly. I checked out through the garden center and the cashier (Sheila) presented a very positive attitude. She was friendly and happy to being doing her job. This experience made my day.
