We went in to get some help as we are using vinyl floor planks on a wall and they wouldnt stick. They kept popping loose . One person there recommended contact cement but, it didnt work. So we ask Nancy in paint and she told us we should use Henry self stick primer. She replaced tiles we had to remove and throw away and told us to follow directions on the primer. So we will do that and see how it works for us. I cant wit to get the new tiles on. Just have to get old ones off and clean wall up. What a bummer. The manager needs to give Nancy a raise. She was so helpful. I will look for her when I start my next project for sure.

As a professional that visits The Home Depot all the time, I have to say that this store has some of the friendliest people working here, especially at the pro counter. They are usually stocked pretty good. The only real problem I have with this store is that its one of the smallest in the metro so they may not have all the odd items you need.

Ive been to many Home Depots across the country and I must say...they were the friendliest and I was offered help more than anywhere else. I just had the worst move of my life to Missouri, so thank you :) Belton for easing the stress!!! I found everything I needed and will drive the 45 minutes again.

Worst customer service in the world. Brenda the manager has no idea of products, replacement plans, or customer service. I am so thankful les and shineta st the Bannister are helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the 10 minute extra drive to the Bannister location.
