I attempted to buy a $25,000 engagement ring here, worst experience ever! I picked out a 2ct and paid for it in full up front, at the time it was flawless to the naked eye. When I went to pick it up to bring home, I noticed a huge inclusion in, they clearly switched the diamond out for one of less quality. When I asked Greg if he knew the inclusion was there the entire time, he wasnt sure how to answer me but just said hed fix the situation by finding us a new diamond. He did find us one and it was beautiful but we then discovered that he kind of went around the truth on the certification. We were under the impression that it was GIA certified, because if wasnt we then figured out we didnt get as good of a deal as we thought. We asked for our money back... Long story short, we had to go above Gregs head bc he refused to give us a refund, his boss was even more horrible to deal with and also refused to give our money back. It took telling him that we were going to take this all the way to Samuels corporate if they didnt refund us. No one likes to lose a $25,000 sale but you cant scam people like this. We are actually thankful they swapped the diamond on us, it saved us from being a life long customer of theirs. Want a great recommendation.. Go to Kruegers!!

BE WARY OF THEIR AUTHENTICITY in what you buy!! I have never written a review in my life - but I feel the need to let people know of my circumstance. I took my watch in to get a new battery. No big deal, right? Well -- they told me that the battery was fine so they would need to send it off to a watch maker to see why it wasnt working. After a month of not hearing from them, I went back into the store to see what the problem was. They apologized for not calling me but said that the watch maker said it would cost $250 to fix my watch and that they would like to proceed. I asked for the watch back because although it is a nice watch - I can replace it with a new one for $250! (It took another 2 weeks to return from the watch repair). On a whim - I then took my watch to a different jewelry store who promptly said it needed a new battery and for $10 I was on my way. My watch is still happily ticking. I call fraud on the part of Samuels Diamonds. Both the store personnel and the watch maker lied about the battery. Perhaps a store employee could make a mistake -- but a watch repair company? If you cant trust them in something small like a watch battery -- how honest are they with gems, etc?

Yesterday was our 30th wedding anniversary. according to Google, the traditional gift would be pearls. So off to Samuels I go. Weve been Samuels customers for years and for good reason. In this case, Jeanette helped me, she went above and beyond to find me exactly what I wanted and for even less than I had expected. (because of that I ordered another nice piece that should be here in a couple of days). I digress. From the time I walked in the door I was made to feel comfortable and not pressured. I dont believe that is the norm in most jewelry stores. Got home to the wife and gave her the beautiful gift bag and boxes, yes boxes, and she could not have been happier. Thank you so much Jeanette. See you next week and beyond...

Out right deceived! Throughout the entirety of my transaction I talked about a lifetime warranty and the sales person concurred with me. 6 months later I come to find out that I had only purchased a 3 year warranty (apparently they didnt even offer a lifetime warranty at that time - which blows my mind because had I known it was only a 3 year - i would have NEVER purchased it). After I discovered this I contacted customer service and was met with complete lack of compassion and down right rude agent (Linda); who told me "well, she reads what she signs". The worst $5,000 purchase I have ever made. Avoid this place like the plague, unless you enjoy being ripped off.

The whole team at this Samuels Jewelers is amazing! My fiance and I came in to exchange some rings that we had purchased online (the internet services department wouldnt return our calls), and the manager, Eric, and his team, Mark, Jeanette, & Giovanni, were incredibly understanding and helpful. Even though they are not responsible for the internet services department, they created a phenomenal experience, sent our rings back, and had them send replacements in the mail. Would definitely recommend this location if your looking for rockstar service.

A few moths ago, I took an older necklace and pendant here to get fixed, it took way longer than promised it was fixed properly yet i would have apprecited a little better customer service and etas on repair times. They did give a discount yet like I said a heads up or phone call would been better.

New manager Eric and staff are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Beautiful store with quality jewelry. Great location, easy to find. Their pricing is highly attractive and often the lowest versus competitors.
