I just had a seriously horrible experience at this location with a slightly curvy blonde lady who had tightly pulled back hair. As soon as she found out that I was there just to get my ring size, and that my boyfriend would be purchasing a ring later in the week at a different Kays, she lost absolutely all interest in me. I was so excited to go in and hopefully try a few rings on just to give him an idea of anything I loved, plus give him my size. She was 0% excited for me (isnt that kind of their job in that industry...? be excited with the giddy bride-to-be...!), and had her back to me as she answered most of our questions, and when I didnt know what she meant by "all of the rings here are cut six and three quarters", she made me feel like a complete idiot by slowing down to a ridiculous speed how quickly she was talking to me... like I was mentally incapable of understanding English. Then, once I figured out what size I was (on my OWN, I might add... she offered no assistance other than sliding the ring thing over to me, then telling me I was a nine, to which I pointed out that the ring right next to the one that was fitting me was a five and a half, so wasnt it actually a six that I was wearing, and not a nine.... yes, yes it was indeed a six), she asked if there was anything else I "needed". I said I would like to try on a couple rings just for the excitement and see if theres anything I fell in love with so I could tell my boyfriend. She then informed me that since hes buying at a different location, the size may not be the same. I said that was fine and could she please just let me try on a couple of rings, and she finally obliged. Let me also add that I have a very sick, very close family member who we are hoping makes it through the night tonight, and the only reason I still went and got my ring size is because my Mom insisted I still try to go about my day normally despite our circumstances. Said that I needed to still try to be happy and excited about getting engaged soon (probably this week) even though we are going through one of the hardest times our family has ever experienced. I was already having to fight through the heart ache and heaviness of the day and try to be excited about whats happening in my life soon, and was completely rained on at Kay Jewelers.

Cindy is great and I have never had any trouble with customer service until now. I have quite a bit of jewelry my husband has purchased at this particular location and have even upgraded and purchased a complete new bridal set because weve been happy with the service! My problem is my diamonds in the new set shifted so we took it in November 18, 2016, now here it is February 2, 2017 and I still have NO ring or date when it will come back! I called today and the lady I spoke with was going to call, check the status and call back. NO CALL BACK! It went from this location back to corporate and then to the manufacturer because of the qaud setting the manufacturer has to fix it. This experience alone has me not wanting to purchase anything else from Kays in fear of what if I have to take it in for repairs? There is no telling when I would get it back. Their manufacturer has put them in jeopardy of losing customers and nothing seems to be happening no matter how many times my husband and I call for updates. It didnt even take this long to have the set made :(

This store has the WORST customer service EVER. Every time I go into this store I get completely disregarded my the staff, even though I have Money In Hand ready to make a payment. TODAY however was the worst. I walked into the store on my lunch break to make a final payment on my boyfriends account. One of the associates was at the register and told me she would help me in just a moment, then walked away. I was under the impression she would be right back....... 15 minutes later no one would even look at me. I attempted to get their attention multiple times and all I got in return was them rolling their eyes at me. And this is not the first time this has happened. Every time I go into this store and Kathy isnt their I am ignored by the entire staff. I go in at least once a month to either make a payment or pick up a piece or jewelry so everyone at the store knows me an yet I still get treated with such disrespect.

Worst customer service ever. Your only as good as your leader and the manager here is clearly unreliable . Even the other Kay Jewlers stores are saying this. I went in to get a repair on my ring and anything wrong you could think of happening happened. Ive been without my ring for almost a full two months because of all the screw ups and reordering. My husband is also deployed now, So hes not here and neither is my ring that is a symbol of our love. The manager here Is careless and I dont get how she continues to have a job with all the complaints.

Very Shock !!! of the service I got today. My family and I have been customers for over 10 years. We have always got respect but not today. The store manager Kristin, Cindy were unprofessional and so rude . I had my ring sendoff for repair and the ring came back scratched and dented. They gave it back to me and said now its my problem. This is literally the worst jewelry store 4 Kays . I recommend not to buy any jewelry or send any jewelry for repair work from the store.

The customer service, quality, and price cannot be beaten. Ive been to a lot of other jewelry stores throughout the city and suburbs and they have all been pushy and tried to unload their wares on me without really taking into consideration what I was looking for. The very helpful staff take the time to listen to you and work hard to make sure youre happy.

I have never had any issues with service or selection. We bought our wedding bands here. We have never been hassled about a return of an online purchase, or given any grief when i ask a million questions about a product. This is the only Kay we visit and we live over 2 hours away with another store only 45 minutes from us.

I came in to ask to see engagement rings. The woman who helped me was rude. Then I came back in about a month later to get a previously purchased ring inspected. I was in a hurry and she said the person who cleans the jewelry was not in and then proceeded to guilt me about not purchasing a teddy bear for charity.

Purchasing jewelry at Kay Jewelers is a very nice experience but wait until you need to have the jewelry inspected... You will be asked to carry your paperwork with you every time you go into the store. Their computer system will have a hard time locating your purchase.
