Im a simple man, I see good things, good attitude, good manners, I upvote. So I came to Bailey Banks and Biddle for a pair of earrings for my aunt, then the great collection of timepieces really caught my eyes, especially with the Longines watches. I have decided to buy those watches without any hesitation with the help of the staffs. Anthony, the new store manager, he really did bear with me in the process of choosing the right one for me. He said, "We are here for you no matter what!" And that really warmed my heart. After knowing that the company has changed the new management for the store, I was very pleased and satisfied with the customer service here. They made me feel very comfortable while looking for the watches, and made me feel totally worthy to spend some big bucks on such beautiful watches. I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for Longines, Montblanc, Oris, Raymond Weil timepieces, do come here and you will get the so much better service than other franchises.

Went to look at engagement rings with my fiance. Angela took the time to show us a variety of rings. After talking to her and going over different styles, she found us the perfect ring! I couldnt be more ecstatic with our selection. Her customer service was amazing! If you are looking for that perfect engagement ring, or just wanting a new piece of jewelry, go and see Angela! After meeting with the staff had made arrangements for pick up all went well but...then came...the ring which I had brought in and was shaved from the sides.....then the diamond was not the same one.. ...after weeks of calling finally got a answer after talking to corporate....anyways beware of what your buying and get the paper work because it will turn into a few months ... process....

Really enjoyed browsing through the store, and the team there are always friendly and helpful when we have questions. I had to purchase a small wedding gift for my friend who got married last month, and Courtney spent quite a bit of time talking and helping me pick out a great little gift. Definitely will go back there for future jewelry needs.

Great store with a wide selection. The first time I went in a couple of weeks ago looking for some cuff links (they have Captain America cufflinks!!) and was greeted by Tonya. She was incredibly helpful and had such positivity about her that I believe I will be coming here from now on for my jewelry needs!
